I love it when I find good people I can trust.

I just bought my Tesla Model Y and I was scared for it's beautiful paint job as I don't have a garage at home or work. I called around and Autobody Detail Specialist gave me a real deal due to the current pandemic. This was really helpful as I wasn't sure I could afford to wrap the bumpers given the current financial instability, but I didn't want to leave them susceptible to bad City parkers.

More important than that was how great it was to work with Mario, Pablo and Fernando. All three of them seemed like good people who really wanted to provide me the best service, not just try to get me to buy the most options.

And then there is how good my Model Y looks and how much better I feel parking it on the streets!

They also took real care to disinfect my car and keep their distance.

ADS is the place to go for any car detailing you'll ever need. Our BMW X5 has seen some rough times since we have 2 large dogs and unfortunately they left quite a few scratches on the car.

Pablo walked me through all the options and I never pressured throughout the process. They were straightforward, honest and kept it straight to the point and I felt confident that they'd take care of the car. They gave me a fair quote and I'm extremely happy with the work they did.

I highly recommend ADS and will continue to use them for every car we own.

HORRIBLE: We left our car there yesterday morning for all windows to be tinted. Told would be ready the next day. nobody ever called and now nearly 48hrs later, go to get the car and told they didnt start because they ran out of tint. NOBODY called to give us a courtesy heads up of an issue on supply or tell us it would take longer or come get your car. We have been without our car for 2 days for nothing.

      IN RESPONSE TO AUDREY:

OHHH AUDREY - NOBODY EVER CALLED US. THAT IS A PURE LIE and mario said he found out from your 19yr old shop manager at noon the day the car was to be ready that the items had not arrived. Even after being told that, at NOON, NOBODY EVER CALLED US back or called us to tell us that the car would not be ready or couldnt be done. NOBODY. We called 8x during the day and not until 3:45pm did we get a return call that we should get our car. I

We would have been fine if someone had called us to tell us the car would not be ready, or you could not do it or whatever but instead my husband picked up the car and you all acted like his hair was on fire for being upset about the situation. NOT UNTIL WE WROTE A YELP REVIEW DID YOU RESPOND TO US OR MARIO CALL US. NOT UNTIL A REVIEW THAT YOU FELT WAS BAD FOR BUSINESS DID YOU RESPOND TO US.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT $$$. This is about common courtesy, respect for people's time. I do not need to leave a $130k car with you as if you doing me a favor by giving me money off.

NEXT, we called when we had our first appointment that we could not leave the car and left you a message the day before. ON the conversation yesterday, Mario said "oh we dont check our messages". So we gave you courtesy but you dont check your messages or answer your phones. So i dont know, did you expect me to show up in person to tell you we can not make it??? Maybe you should re-think your business operations.

Took my vehicle for a paint job due to an accident that they made it look brand new. They reshaped the dent with bondo and made it look 100% original. I was more than extremely satisfied with the work and paint finish. I highly recommended!

Would definitely come back!! Friendly, helpful team, no up-selling, and beautiful new location with convenient access. Transparent pricing too! I got the interior detailing deluxe package and they were able to get a ton of dirt and stains off my cars' upholstery. Would definitely recommend! Great value!

Just a fair warning if you need body work done stay away. Their body shop isnt great and their yelp reviews mainly reflect their detailing work on wrapping cars and polishing cars. You will lose out on 2 months of back and forth with headaches if you need body work done. Look else where.

DAY 1: Dropped off my car and pointed out what needs to be fixed. Worker took notes and I also sent emailed list of items to Mario.
Week 1: Mario said he didn't get email from my insurance to begin the process for instructions. One entire week went by no movement. My insurance told me they sent Mario the email since Day 1. A week later, Mario said it's in his spam email. Wasted 7 days because Mario didn't check his spam.
Week 2-3: They finally got to start work on the car.
Week 4: Mario said everything was done come pick up on Saturday from Fernando. At arrival I saw my hood and hardtop still had tons of scratches and scuffs from accident, front lip spoiler rubber trim was cut in half with gap. Front lip trim rubber piece was glued on which doesn't belong on my car. There was touch up paint all over my car and I found one on the passenger side that's isn't supposed to be touched up or painted on. Mario said the touch paint was from me as how I brought the car. He had the nerve to blame me and they also lost my original license plate screws and used screws about 2.5inches longer sticking out like horns. They didn't even paint my rear bumper or side rocker from the emails I sent them. The front window shield guard wasn't even replaced because they said it was on back order. Fernando told me he has no idea what's going on with my car he was only told to drop off. Fernando also told me they don't work on my car and they bring it to another body shop "close by but they own it" . Pablo took notes of the items I mentioned and told me they are working on 9 other cars so things get missed.
Just a reminder Its not my problem if they're overbooked on their customers so my car is the least of their concern. I pay the same money and taxes as everyone else so they obviously paid closer attention to more expensive cars which is unacceptable.
Week 6: They told me it's ready for pick up. I live in the Eastbay and ubered to SF. Showed up again found more issues, found out my OEM antenna was missing and front bumper black grille ducts were accidentally painted silver. License plate screws were not installed correctly which is the reason why the screw was protruding at a bent angle. Found scrapes on fresh repainted front lip. Someone "misplaced" my car antenna and had no business to take it off in the first place. No one apologized especially Mario. They were asking me if I saw the antenna from week 4 which makes no sense because asking me wouldn't help them find my own antenna. They didn't offer to replace it until I asked them to.
For 6 weeks they somehow driven 50miles from 117498 to 117548 on my odometer for their body shop "right next door". Mario just told me its unfortunate no one caught the errors, still not admitting anyone or himself at fault with no apology to me.
Week 7: brought my car again so they can fix the license plate holes, remove silver paint on front bumper duct grill and look for "misplaced antenna".
Week 8: I received a ticket in the mail from San Mateo county for parking violation. Mario had my car in possession during that time. The day before I went to pick up my car, he sent me a nasty email saying I was the most difficult customer he had experienced in all his years of service and he thinks I was "fishing" for something. I only called once a week for an update on my car and I never said anything disrespectful to him or to his team. When I came in to pick up my car with my wife. Mario was talking down to me disrespectfully with a speech of disappointment or his troubles with me. He told me they only cater to specific clients and I wasn't one of them unfortunately. I told him this.. why would I waste my time and drive all the way to SF and pay him thousands of dollars to mess around with my car in their possession? Wait 8 entire weeks... What would I gain out of this? I showed him the parking violation and the look of guilt on his face finally appeared, he grabbed my ticket and said he will take care of it. Then he finally apologized but it was not genuine. Then immediately tried to sell me ppf partial front protection at $2.5k since my car has new paint and without hesitation declined his offer. I don't recommend this type of business to anyone. Just because my car isn't expensive as your other clients doesn't mean it's not priority. When there is miscommunication with his own team or things get missed it's not the customers fault. If you tell me my car is ready for pick up then my expectations are that everything we discussed are fixed. I will never come here and recommend this place to anyone. He pretends to be victim when things missed on the car due to their miscommunications.

Mario & his team are tops! They have custom PPF cutters & they fine-tune every install...custom. We are lucky to have them. (And it doesn't hurt to be able to look at cars untouchable to the mortal, in his shop. I see this & know these hi-end owners trust them). The work they did on my car came out flawless. Thank you Mario & team!

first and foremost, I have been providing high end residential construction services for years and totally understand the meaning of the highest quality install and service and nothing less. I heard of Mario and Team from a client. "you have to talk to these guys" after purchasing a new truck and wanting paint protection. Wow was I in luck. Mario set me up efficiently for a full body PPF wrap and things rapidly turned over to the UDOP (ultimate doers of perfection). From left to right in photos....Fernando-Pablo-Jamir). The most important thing I learned while the ADS Team worked magic was to heed my own mantra....paint only dries as fast as it dries. :) Aptly said, Henry Ford once was quoted about work, pay and product. "The employer does not pay the wages. The PRODUCT pays the wages!"

These folks take their Product to another level. They stood their ground, very politely and professionally when I pushed to get the work done sooner. I have so much respect for a true craftsperson who draws a line regarding the time it takes for their expertise to achieve perfection. That, in itself, is what we should all strive for in everything we do.

All I can say after my ADS experience is, do not hesitate if you want the highest level of craftsmanship and experience working on your vehicle. This team is tops and some.

Fast service and very knowledgeable reps working the floor. There's a little waiting area and wifi available in the shop. Don't understand too much about cars or the different services offered but based on what I was looking for, I was recommended the best cleaning service for what I was looking to do. I got the standard inside and surface car cleaning and it was spotless. There is a deep cleaning service I'd like to try next time for washing the car mats and maintaining leather.

      10/10 would recommend!

This is a rather long but detailed review that I hope will alert potential customers of the dangers ahead. Without proper disclosure, ADS took over the project from Custom Vehicle Wraps (CVW) to wrap my food truck. After less than 2 months, the wrap started peeling and bubbling badly on the passenger door. It soon spread to the entire vehicle. The customer service by Mario Herrera was terrible and eventually he eventually became antigonistic. On 3/6/23 I met the Kwasi Boyd, owner of CVW and two other men at the facility to drop off the truck. Kwasi had the key and opened the facility. I was given an estimate of 1 week to complete. Truck was done 16 days later on 03/22/23. On 05/01/23 I emailed Jefferson at ADS about the issue and sent pics to Mario which he confirmed receipt of. He claimed it should be an easy fix. No movement till 06/12/23 where I again asked for a repair date but was given none. I didn't understand the delay. Mario asked for pics again even though he already received them. I suspected he was stalling. No progress until 7/13/23 when Mario claimed he was having logistics issues and trying to schedule repairs but coming out to Dublin made it difficult for him. Huh? I found this odd since that facility did the wrap and was schedule to officially open in Oct. I did not understand the push back to doing it there. 7/21/23 - since I was getting nowhere with Mario, I Emailed the entire Email stream (with pics) to Kwasi. He repeatedly stated the problem would be resolved quickly, not to worry and that the door needed rewrapping without delay BUT that I needed to work it out with Mario. Seemed like he was washing his hands of the issue. Fast forward to 7/22/23 and Mario making the same excuses about logistics and asking again for pics (which I already had sent). 7/25/23 fearing the worst I requested warranty information from Kwasi and as in other correspondence he referred me back to Mario. He also was quite critical of how the issue was being mishandled. In an Email back to me, Mario stated there is no warranty and then told me to stop harassing Kwasi. I found this very disrespectful and a bit confusing. There was never any harrassing of Kwasi and it was this point the accusatory nature of Mario's emails increased blaming me for not providing what he requested and making him do the job at a facility that was not yet ready. If the facility wasn't ready he should have done the work with his mobile unit or decline the work so and could have take it elsewhere. Since Mario claimed not to be receiving pics in email I asked for his cell so I could text them. These were sent and confirmed. By the end of July I could see that I was getting nowhere with ADS and told Kwasi he needed to work it out with Mario since he was the one I hired to do the job. Kwasi pushed back stating he had nothing to do with the project. 7/28/23 - email to Mario to work out the remedy with Kwasi since I never agreed to have ADS take over the job. Note that on all proposals and invoices, Custom Vehicle Wraps logo was at the top along with ADS which I consider very deceptive. Fast forward to 8/2/23 when I finally convinced Kwasi to come out and inspect the truck personally. He took a walk around video, send a video to his top installer, took multiple pictures and contacted his 3M rep with a pic of the wrap and was told it was not high quality 3M wrap. He also showed multiple problems with the install and said it could not be repaired and needed a rewrap using better vinyl. I asked him to forward all this to Mario when they were meeting the net day and he agreed stated there would be hell to pay and that I should not worry about it. Meanwhile, in numerous Emails, Mario claimed the vinyl used was never agreed to be 3m or Avery but that they use something better from a company called DIFI. Again, his emails were accusatory stating i never gave him the media he requested, etc. etc. Fast foward to 8/2/23 when i proposed a compromise of them providing me with printed high quality 3M cast vinyl and coating only and that i would have the removal and install done by another company. Also, asked Kwasi if he forwarded the media to Mario as I requested. He did not respond. Mario then called me to discuss stating his side of the issue and I stated mine with my remedy. His last email accused me of being rude on the phone, etc so that was the last exchange we had. To this day, no remedy and no followup. Avoid at all costs

When you're afraid to drive your favorite vehicle home from the autobody and detail shop after being there for almost 3 weeks due to an auto collision. My Jeep is shining and glistening better than when I bought it from dealership 6 years ago.

Level 1 Protection Detail all-around looks great!! When you want a shop that's going "to create a new car care experience" for you every time, this is where you need to bring your vehicle.
