I've never been here before, but even though I had to drive 30 minutes from San Francisco, I was sold on their promise to defog my headlights.
$300 for making the car look like new. This worried me as i don't have a garage & vandals seem to resent a nice looking car in the hood. Not to mention my 2011 Nissan Cube is one step away from beater status. Whatever, happy holidays to me.
OMG- it was all worth it!
I'm afraid my car looks too good- I'll have to rent a garage to keep the haters away. Seriously that good. They even restored the headlights to near crystal clear, took my crap out, cleaned every last inch, put everything back. To not bring shame upon my new beauty I went home & decluttered. This place is my new go-to, worth setting foot in loser Burlingame for a couple tense hours.

This is the only location that I trust bringing my car.. I had car wash,wax and detailed inside. Excellent job. The price is not bad compared to other locations. Thanks for taking care of my baby..

There was house paint splattered all over my car, it was kind of insane, it was a hot weather spell so the house paint had already pretty much dried. I took it in and it only a few hours they made it look like new!!!! It was kind of mind blowing! I thought I'd have to get the whole car repainted and they saved me.

I had the interior of my car detailed here because a large tray of Chinese food that was purchased for my son's birthday, spilled in my car and caused my car to reek for nearly a year until I brought it to this fine establishment.

Their service got rid of most of the smell and a few days later the smell totally disappeared.

Coming back to get my newer car detailed, very soon.

Saw the Yelp reviews and had to pick this place; got the Yelp special of $399 compared to the regular $499. Approximately took about 3 hours and the person working at the front was very accommodating.

My BMW 5 series hadn't had been detailed in years so this was a night and day difference upon picking it up later. The team definitely took the time to polish and thoroughly wax all of the exterior..previously felt like sand paper on the exterior now it feels like glass! The yellowed plastic headlights were also polished back to a more clear look. Not all scratches were removed but many of them were not as noticeable anymore.

Interior was also nicely cleaned with the seats looking practically brand new (see images). I could tell the floor carpet was also cleaned as it needed some drying when I picked the car up. Trunk was also thoroughly cleaned; felt like a brand new car!

Unfortunately, there were some spots missed or small areas like the carpet liner next to the front seats, leaves collected near the windshield area, rubber floor mats I had, etc where I wished they had taken the time to detail and the chemicals used rubbed a bit of ink off the markings on steering wheel control and turn signal (see images). I also noticed some dried up dirty water from removing the excess debris from the leather on the seats and door panels, nothing major though.

Overall, for the value of what you get and great customer service, would come back again!

I came in on a Saturday for a regular exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe down for my Range Rover HSE. Regular washes are on a first come, first served basis and I was fortunately the first in line. I was in and out in about 35 minutes and my car looked great and super clean and shiny! It was thoroughly dried and no water spots. The pricing was reasonable as well. I look forward to having a complete interior and exterior detail soon.

I walked in today (no appointment) with a 2024 Tesla Model Y with less than 600 miles because some jerk had seriously scratched up the passenger side front door and the front bumper while I was parked in SF. I first went to the body shop that someone at Tesla Burlingame mentioned (Proline Auto Body) and the joker there said that the damage was too serious to be buffed out and would require a replacement of the panel and bumper and wrote me up an invoice for $4900. This sounded fishy to me so I went over to Automobili.

Berto took a look and said that he thought he could get at least 90% of it out and asked if I wanted them to work on it while I waited. I was really surprised he could do it right away since they had a bunch of nice cars lined up for work, including a couple of classic cars that were real lookers. Berto offered their wash service as well, but said it would be understandable if I took a pass on that since it was going to rain. I took a pass on the wash, and was pleasantly surprised when an hour later, they returned my car looking perfect, every scratches gone, for a cost that was 3% of what Proline was saying was "necessary". I wish I had taken some before/after pictures for this review, but I can only say it was night and day and I was thrilled at their attention to detail. I made sure to tip these nice gentlemen (they pool tips). My neighbor already asked me where I got the work done since his car needs some TLC too and I would highly recommend Automobili to anyone needing a wash or detailing.

When I met Berto, it was immediately apparent how passionate he was about his work and how much he loves doing what he does. He walked around the car admiring it and describing the exterior detail and ceramic coating process to me with great interest. Over the years, Berto has done this treatment for three of our cars, a vintage BMW, a limited edition Porsche (which I must confess, I was very hesitant to entrust it with an unknown-to-me establishment, as that was my first time getting ceramic coating done), and recently, a Mercedes S-class. When I picked up each car, I was stunned--I am not exaggerating when I say the paint looked looked better than new to me or I had never seen such depth and richness in the colors and the surface felt like glassy smooth. Later, the ceramic held up really well and was a breeze to keep clean. Most of all, Berto's friendly and warm reception and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. In fact, I am headed there right now for a thorough hand wash! Yes, he'll also help maintain it afterwards.

Brought my cars there a few times on a recommendation from Tesla. Quality of work was ok, only minor things.
Had my cars detailed by other companies.... no problem, never had to clear out car of tools or valuables.
This last time at Automobili safety tools were removed from center console of car, glass breaker and flashlight. All safety items for my wife. INEXCUSABLE, stealing from your clientele that trust you. Never going back. Telling my friends and Tesla to AVOID.

Fast responsive service taking my reservation for the next day. After hours drop off (opens at 9:30 weekdays) and received a call to pick up at 3 pm. Few missed spots inside and out, but a good detailing overall. May shop around further to compare value but no concerns on coming back.
