Available Self Storage

Discriminatory and horrible customer service. My mom went in today to lease a storage unit and she is an immigrant that has trouble reading and speaking english.
Management refused to allow her to send photos of the lease agreement for me to translate for her and instead refused to lease a unit to her.

Poor business practices all around. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've had my stuff in storage here for three years and I've had nothing but great service and nothing has ever happened to my unit; it is very safe and secure. Lupita, the office manager, is very sweet and kind.
I highly recommend this storage facility. Very good prices too!

Looking for a place to store your items for a while. This place is nice and affordable. Ask about the specials as they may have one available. You can rent at month to month term, which I like. The lady that helped me was very informative as this was all new to me and she guided me through the process and was very patient. Recommend if you are looking for storage in this area.

A smaller self-storage facility than most, but very close to home. The prices are about average for the size of storage. I was able to obtain a 20% for the first 4 months so that made the deal. The on-site managers are pleasant and available. I even received a thank you card for using their facility (OK - perhaps a little corny, but at least it shows they care).

The biggest plus - easy to get in and out. Right next to Dale Hardware with no traffic on Post Street.

They are very friendly, and thorough. I like being able to pay online too, it makes it so much easier. Great size storages too. I thought all of our stuff wouldn't fit, but there is still room! :)

So far, so good! Sarah was really friendly and helpful when we went to tour the facility. The grounds looked clean and secure and we felt that Available Self Storage would be a great place to store some items that wouldn't fit in our apartment...Fast forward to six months later and I still feel good about keeping our items here.

I have a neighbor that has used them for years and he gave them thumbs up all across the board. I checked prices at other storage facilities and they have the best price in Fremont. I Have been there for over a year and they razed the rent $ 5.00 this is not a negative, the rent hasn't been razed in about ten years according to my neighbor. The staff is as good as it gets take care of the cats that live at the Cemetery across the street, that's food, shelter and veterinary services when needed. They care

I don't know where to begin. I have been a customer for years now. Sara, the manager of the business is exceptional. Her management skills are as good as it gets. She is professional, kind, compassionate, and always willing to assist whenever and however she possibly can. He units are immaculate and her facility safe as can be. To add to the benefits, her prices are reasonable. I wouldn't store my things anywhere else, as she well knows! Her assistant manager, Ted, is equally as wonderful. He is absolutely professional and all of the above. Their partnership is outstanding and to add to their fine qualities is their compassion for animals. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. This is an exceptional situation. May goodness come back to them.
