I've been a customer at this facility for many years. Management has always been wonderful people. This time, is no exception.

Ana, the new property manager, has been so helpful, so kind, understanding and patient. I have always been sad to see the management change, but am extremely happy with Ana and her team. No complaints and nothing but praises from me She has helped me consolidate multiple storage units to save more money and helped make the transition easy.

During the consolidation of the units, she offered for us to use equipment they had on site to make it easier for us. Thanks for being awesome guys! That means you too Wally

I've been here since 2008 I have never had any problems until now. They been bugging me about my payment and when I finally about to make my payment NO-ONE was in the office. The lady on the phone admitted she had to do her errands and then have to audacity to may me wait an hour for her lunch hour to finish?! So you've been away from the office for at least half hour and then you're gonna make me wait for another hour just to make my payment?! Do guys want my payment or not?! This place seems to go down hill lately I don't know what's going on I'm assuming it's gotta be the new owner of so they suck hire more staff so we don't have to waste our time going back and fourth just to make a payment

Man at the front desk who drives a blue Mustang was very rude and disrespectful. Right as I got off the van he started creaming at me !! Saying that I needed to call ahead a day before to say we were on our way and we had already called the morning before. He didn't even say hi or good morning literally right when I got off he started going off and screaming, horrible customer service. Not to mention that there was a TV missing from our storage unit !! There was supposed to be 2 and once we got there there was only 1 I'm very disappointed with their service.

It's been over a month renting here & it's been great!
Located in a UnionCity off of Horner street & Union City Blvd. It's at the end of a residential area which threw me off when I first was looking for it.
Walter, Very nice gentleman helped me with showing what was available. It's an older storage facility with Many units. It seems as if someone rents here, they never leave as no larger units ever available, have checked a few times.
Got an upstairs unit $18 cheaper than the drive up of course. Read reviews that stated they had a rodent problem. So far, no issues. Have seen many traps along the unit so I'm sure it was dealt with.
Have seen outdoor cameras along facility.
Only Storing my holiday bins in here along with a few items that I will eventually get rid of but don't want to ever. #hoardingissues

They fee you to death, do not store your stuff here. If you pay late they double your monthly payment. Insane late fees.

I have stored my belongings here for more than 8 years, and the service is outstanding. The prices are reasonable, and access hours are very long. The office is open most of the time and even if it's not you can still access your unit.
The current staff have been here forever, for at least 10 years. Evelyn is sweet as can be and very helpful. They have always gone out of their way to help me out and I really enjoy this business.

Rats, Rats, Rats!

Run the other direction. All of our priceless items in our storage were either chewed up by rats or had rat droppings. No recourse taken by management. Still were required to give them a notice and continued to bill us even after the notice.

RC was terrible. Spoke really disrespectfully to my wife who inquired about all issues.

This is the worst place. They dont close your acct when you leave and then you find out when you look at you credit report that you have an outstanding bill in the hundreds. They are rude and yelled at me when I called in to try to find out what was going on. Thats how they get you. And when you call the credit place that deals with them.. They tell you to call the storage place and its one big mess. The wife is indian and rude she was yelling at me the whole time. Im boycotting this place and going to let everyone know it's the worst dont go there.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MESSY RUDE DRAMA. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY BUT IF YOU READ ALL THE REVIEWS YOULL SEE THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE $!! EXTORTION!!!

Found this place because I needed to rent a uhual truck to move my mother in law. The gentlemen that helped us was super friendly and helped resolve all our needs in a very timely matter. The lady in the front office was also very warm and friendly.
