We provide service and installation for water softener sales and repairs water purification, filtration, conditioning, reverse osmosis, water heaters, etc. Call for a free in-home analysis. As it moves through nature, water cleans by picking up dust, dirt, pollen, smog, chemicals, pollution, molds, insecticides, animal wastes, and anything else it contacts. It's good for the planet, but bad for water consumers. All of these substances stay in the water. Your water company gets this water and treats it to make it a little better looking, and a little better tasting. Then they add chemicals such as chlorine and completely ruin the clean, fresh quality of the water. We offer full house water conditioners, and sub-micron water purification using reverse-osmosis. AWP Water Systems recently installed a water purification system at my home. The experience, end-to-end from initial contact through installation was excellent. During the initial site visit, Adli explained the technical aspects. There was no sales pressure, as is usually expected during such visits. The price was very reasonable and far better than quotes that I received from AWP competitors.
The installation process was very smooth. I was able to schedule at my convenience. The installation was done very quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the maintenance aspects.
I will recommend Adli/AWP Water systems to anyone who is thinking of installing a water purification system. Overall, there is no reason not to give 5 stars!

Have been using AWP since we moved to San Ramon in 2012. Installation and maintenance has been super easy over the years. Always prompt to respond to inquires. Highly recommend anyone looking for a water softener.

I have the whole house softener and the under sink RO set up for the filtered water.
So far we haven't had any major issues. AWP folks have been helpful in keeping up with the service and providing help over the phone when I had some issues with setting up the softener.
Just had a service visit done as well and the technician arrived during the window and wrapped up his work fairly quick.

The consultant was professional and answered all our questions in detail during initial consultation. The softening system was installed the very next day. The technician did a fantastic job with installation (i.e., after the installation, no large/extra holes are left in the garage wall)

Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 6, 2022Previous reviewWe live in Livermore and we have super hard water. AWP did a great job with the installation of our water softener! The plumber was experienced, courteous, very friendly, and completed a clean install.
The only reason, and a big reason, why I am not putting 5 stars is because of the warranty. During the very gimmicky sales pitch (sign up today and get a discount kind of sales pitch), I was informed by the salesperson that AWP warranties the water softener for 10 years.
After the installation, I was left with a warranty paper from the manufacture. I filled it out and sent it in to the address on the instructions, the mail envelope bounce back to us.
I put in multiple calls and texts to AWP simply requesting a copy of the 10 year warranty. I never received it. I just did not like being lied too about a warranty during a sale pitch.
If AWP sincerely offered a 10 year warranty on their product, I feel like I would have received a warranty certificate with my product serial number and install date indicating so.
