Such a great help with helping me getting my refrigerator repaired. My icemaker works and everything is great now. Saved me over $1000 from having to get my fridge door replaced

Had my whirlpool washing machine severviced several times. I hate that model, cabrillo. This last time the machine sounded bad, like a helicopter. Answer by the technician.. Buy a new one. Mine is 8 yrs old. Which i got on black friday.
They have serviced my washer, dryer, sink in the past ... good work

Very prompt to respond. Great and honest service. Having a stranger in your house is asking danger nowadays. But this company's tech was a good person and made us feel comfortable.

Again, I had a great experience with B and G Appliance Repair. I called to get an estimate for repair of my Kenmore refrigerator (the compressor went out per Sears) and he told me it's an LG compressor and has a 10 year warranty which I or the Sears tech was unaware of. He told me to call back Sears and have them do the warranty work which I did and it saved me a ton and worth having the fridge fixed. Such honesty!!! Second time!!! Much appreciated for his wealth of knowledge that he has given me so freely.

Hayrol is very responsive and provided upfront costs for the visit which I can use towards the service call. His upfront costs are very reasonable.

We communicated and coordinated the service visit. He arrived on time and is very professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with my gas stove not lighting easily, the dishwasher draining to the air gap, and a possible leak with the garburator. Hayrol ensured my issues with the appliances are resolved before leaving.

My refrigerator was not cooling or making ice. B&G had someone come out the next day and service my Kenmore refrigerator. They did not do work that was not needed, and all that had to be done was a good cleaning.
The tech was very professional, and did not waste time. Cleaned up after him self, leaving the area cleaner then when he got here. Great Job.

I worked on their computers once and they gave me their card, I was using another appliance repair place for a long time but i have now switched. Their service is amazing, technicians are awesome and their prices are very fair! I recommend everyone use these guys if you want affordable prompt repair services for your appliances. I reached out to receive quote and was answered same day. Hayrol let me know the diagnostic fee would be applied to repairs as well. He arrived next day which was amazing because other places scheduled out much later. He arrived on time and was polite. He visually showed me what was wrong and explained very well my options to repair and gave his opinion on what I should do even though it didn't benefit him. I am more than pleased with my service and will definitely use again in the future if need be. Highly recommend!

Very very poor customer service. Technician Hayrol came Friday to check my fridge of why it's not cooling. Specify that the freezer is working but fridge is not cooling. He look at it and look at model numbers and called someone. Came back to me and said "it needs jazz board replace." That's what he wrote down on receipt. With deposit up front, may 31 he could come down and take care of my fridge. June 2 called me saying he can do it next day. Basically almost a week til he can service my fridge. I told him when he decided to call me back that I will not use his very poor costumer and repair service. My fridge is working now, just needed cleaning on line at back.

Hayro was here today 3 hours after I called and fixed our refrigerator in less than an hour - explained what he was doing and quoted a reasonable price. Could not be more pleased.
Result: It has been 3 hours since he left and it is still working! What more can I say!!
