Bay Star Airport Shuttle

First time user of Bay Star Shuttle and can attest their service is truly 5 star. Our driver showed up on time and got us to SFO in plenty of time. I will certainly be using their services for the return trip and for any future trips.

Bay Star Airport Shuttle is awesome! We were a group of 12 (most of us from out of state) that needed a shuttle from the peninsula to the cruise port in SF during Thanksgiving week. From the get go, email communication with Sonya was great and she exactly narrowed down what we needed (even a ride from the airport for some of our group the day before).

On cruise day, Harry arrived on time in a very clean Mercedes mini-bus and was very accommodating to our (usually loud) group; he was also a very careful driver which we appreciated.

They even arranged for a last minute second drop off on disembarkation day for members of our family.

Overall, I highly recommend Bay Star Shuttle for all your transportation needs!

I recently used Bay Area Shuttle for both a pickup from San Jose Airport as well as the return trip. Both rides were uneventful and as expected. I was pleased with how smoothly the communications around the pick up location were with Sonya. I called her on my way out from the gate to the curb & she arrived minutes later. I got to my destination in record time.

My return trip to the airport was good as well. I appreciated the call from Harry to let me know when he would arrive. The quiet and peaceful ride allowed me to get started on my workday while being driven to the airport.

The prices for a car service to and from San Jose Airport are very reasonable. You might pay a just bit more than you would for a Lyft or Uber ride. But for people that want to make the most of their time, the time savings from having Bay Star Shuttle meet you at the curb versus calling and waiting for a Lyft driver is an invaluable perk.

I was also interested to know that they have at least one Sprinter van in their fleet. As my parents and their friends get older, they are less able to do long drives. Hiring a Sprinter van would allow them and their friends to continue to get to a wider range of areas around the SF Bay Area.

Excellent Service. Haroon and Soniya were my drivers. Great communication. Prompt pick Up and drop off. We were initially picked up in San Jose and dropped off at San Francisco International Airport. 2 days prior to our return to San Francisco, Bay Star established and confirmed Airport pickup. Very comforting when you are out of the Country. After we went through customs and picked up our luggage, I called Soniya.15 minutes later My Family and I were on our way home. Comfortable and smooth ride. Fairly priced and well worth it. Highly recommended Bay Star.

From the moment I received an email from Bay Star Shuttle, i already felt as though i was dealing with a professional company. Not only were they cordial but extremely accommodating. I had several questions about luggage and the fact that we werte traveling with a wheelchair AND a scooter. So i knew from the get go, these people knew their vehicles and knew their limitations. I even changed our pick up time and it was updated with no issues.
It only got better once our driver Hari arrived! He was super polite and helpful. He was super patient as we split into teams to get my dad into the Sprinter and load all our luggage and equipment. Hari was super patient and I knew he understood the value of family and that he wanted to make sure our experience and our timeliness was a priority! We even chatted on the ride and made a connection!
We used Bay Start for a ride from Fremont to the Cruise Pier in San Francisco. I will use them again soon for all our group needs! Great company, great people! THANK YOU BAY STAR!

We used Bay Star last thursday. We had a late flight into SFO that was delayed. We also booked the ride same day. Seriously could not have been a better experience. The communication was excellent and the the driver was helpful and personable. would use them again in a heartbeat!
