Bay Star Shuttle

I called a few airport transfer services to see where I can save more and I came across Bay Star Shuttle. Sonia was the one who answered my call. She was pleasant and patient in answering my questions and she was never pushy in booking their services. I called her again a day after to book a transfer from Hayward-SFO (our flight got moved the next day) and she remembered me. The transaction went smooth and no issues. The driver was courteous and very helpful. We also contacted them 2 days before our return flight and Sonia called me to give me instructions on where to meet the driver. Once again the driver was very helpful in loading our luggages. I would definitely book them in the future if we would be needing any transfer services. Please give them at least 24 hours notice if you would like to use thier services to insure that they have a driver and a van ready for you.

And Oh, I forgot to mention that the van used for our transfer was big and pretty spaceous for 6 big luggages and 3 carry on luggages. They alao provided an infant car seat for my daughter.

We have used Bay Star Shuttle in the past and will continue to use them any time we need to get our large group (6 adults, 3 kids) to and from the airport. Sonya is always patient with my questions when making our reservations. Their driver is always on time and the vehicle is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend their business!

If you need a bus, shuttle,, party bus this is the company to go with. I made my reservation with them last minute and they were very accommodating and on time, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly, highly recommend this company. I called Bay Star Shuttle for airport drop and pick up recently. It was easy to setup and communication via phone call and SMS was easy and prompt. The rides were pleasant and vehicles were clean. I will us them again. Thanks Sonia & Harry.

Excellent service! We've used Bay Star several times to and from airport when traveling on family vacations. They check your flight to make sure they are on time. We landed 30 min's early and Bay Star was there to pick us up without a wait. We highly recommend using them!

My sister, brother-in-law and I used the Union City based Bay Star Shuttle service to bring us to San Francisco airport from my sister's home in Fremont. The driver was right on time to pick us up and was very pleasant to deal with.

We decided to use them again for the return trip from the airport back to Fremont, and had the same wonderful experience with them again.
