I used Baycare Cleaning Services to remove the rusty old metal chimney on my detached garage. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and they did a great job of removing the chimney. Thanks for the help!

They were professional and knowledgeable.
They inspected the fireplace and found a few issues. They cleaned the fireplace and the process took less than an hour.
I will use them again for sure.

Technician worked through almost the full duct system with an electric brush to clear any blockage. From the source of the dryer to the dryer back vent connection to the up tube in the drywall all cleaned out.

Then from the outside, inserted a brush to go 1/2 the distance to the dryer. Looks like it's cleaned... air flows much much better. Price is reasonable. Cleanup was very responsible & Vaccum everywhere worked.

Our chimney cap fell over at some point recently, and after we noticed, Baycare Cleaning Services helped us out on very short notice! They answered my initial request quickly, on a sunday(!), and we worked through the logistics of sharing the image I had of the fallen over chimney cap. Alex got me a quote that same day and a technician out to our house that Wednesday.

We had them inspect and subsequently also fix the chimney liner and the firebox (neither had been inspected since we bought our house) to get it log-burning ready. All the work was done on time, for the agreed-upon amount, and with high quality.

We're very satisfied with the work, the pictures of the new chimney cap, and their warranty. Highly recommend Baycare Cleaning Services if you need chimney/fire-box work done.

Bay Area cleaning returned and resolved the cosmetic issues. They need to return to complete sealing since the clean up removed the original seal. I will post pictures of the completed project. I appreciate the resolution.

I requested for the dryer vent cleaning service. Emin came and did an excellent job. He was thorough and friendly.

They came in and went right to work on our dryer duct cleaning. Efficient and quick with a one year service warranty on top of it. A great value for the money.

Alex was quick to respond to my message. I received 4 other quotes & BayCare Cleaning was the most cost effective.

Messaged them on Friday & they were able to come the following Tuesday (today). I was scheduled for 2p but Alex called me at about noon to inform me he had a cancellation & was able to come sooner. I agreed. Alex & his technician were efficient & professional. They inspected our fireplace & dryer duct. They also inspect the hose to your dryer to ensure it is still in good working condition. Cleaned all areas & they were quick. They also cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Got a dryer vent cleaning done by BayCare Cleaning. I ended up going with BayCare after requesting quotes from about a dozen businesses and they were one of the cheaper options. Reviews also looked great.

For my own personal experience, I had a tear in my dryer vent hose so they were able to replace that for an additional charge ($99). They also recommended cleaning the lint area of the appliance but I declined. I trust that the work was done well but I thought it would've been nice to have before/after photos since that was what I saw from other businesses.
