I called Bayshore Plumbers on a Friday after my sewer drain became clogged. They answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The tech (Leo) called me to update when he would arrive (they gave a 2 hour window). Leo quickly figured out where the problem was, and cleared the drain, doing 2 complete cycles with the snake to insure my problem was solved. I have owned several older houses in the past 30 years and used drain cleaning services dozens of times, and this is the best experience to date. The price was reasonable and they offered a 30 day guarantee for the work. Highly recommend this company!

I'm late in writing this, but wanted to give them a 5 star review. We had an issue with our kitchen sink water valves, and they came out the same day (which was HUGE since we couldn't use the sink or dishwasher) Less than 30 minutes later, they fixed it and for a VERY reasonable price. My husband had tried to fix it himself, and didn't have the right tools. He said it was worth every penny to have them come out and do it so quickly and professionally. We are going to be customers for life!!!

I had called this establishment to install a water heater I previously purchased. The plumber came out and gave me a bid to install after inspecting the unit and the previously incorrect unit my general contractor installed.

After accepting the bid we arranged a day and time for him to come out . After texting with him a few times that day he finally told me late in the day he needed to finish a job he was on and we arranged the a time the next day.

He made it the next day and installed the heater and he said there was no gas shut off at the heater area and would need to shut off the gas at the main. No problem I thought and install a 35.00 valve into the line he had already said he needed to reply MV in the previous bud. Lo and behold he charged me an additional 600.00 to shit off a valve and for the extra valve that I felt was an overcharge and only took him 30 min longer than originally planned in the bid. Outrageous overcharging for sure. I could have shut off the main myself if I knew he was going to charge me that much to do it. Buyer beware people.

Such a great local company! Jose came out and gave me a quote, went back to their facility to retrieve parts, and was back here in less than 30 minutes. He was able to explain to me why the unreliable outlets on our existing double sink and failing garbage disposal were suboptimal, and was able to reroute them in a tight space so they work perfectly!
This is my second time working with Bayshore; my first time was a copper water supply re-pipe by Eddie, and he did excellent speedy work at a reasonable price as well.
I'll be back for all my plumbing needs!

I had an exceptional experience with Bayshore Plumbers - especially with Chris, who came out for a call on a Friday evening. The PVC pipe for our hose gave out due to prolonged exposure to the hot sun, causing significant flooding outside (thankfully, it didn't reach the inside!).

I tried to find a shutoff valve to stop the flooding but had no luck (i looked but it was nowhere to be found). Chris, however, managed to locate the shutoff valve, which was buried under half a foot of dirt, finally stopping the water flow. His quick action saved my Friday, giving me the breathing room I needed to coordinate the necessary repairs with my landlord.

I am giving Bayshore Plumbers 5-Stars because they gave me the peace of mind and all the necessary information to relay to my landlord for approval of the PVC repair. Chris truly went above and beyond in his service, even though i could not authorize the repaid.

I am incredibly grateful, and highly recommend Bayshore Plumbers for their professionalism and dedication.

I had a toilet issue and they came out right away to diagnose the issue. Very responsive and professional! I would work with them again.

Used "Projects" and while three other companies responded quickly, Bayshore was the only one who came up with an estimate based on my picture and was available immediately!! They were very thorough with the options. Explained everything. Gave us a lot of confidence! And they delivered as promised. What a relief!

Was having problems with an error code on my tankless water heater (which was installed by another company). I called Bayshore as they were certified in Rinnai products and Jose showed up on a weekend and was courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. He even showed me how to reset the water heater if problems cropped up in the future. I later had to replace a part on the product and Jose was great with communication, sourced the new part, and replaced it promptly once it came in. Would recommend Bayshore in the future.

Bayshore was able to dispatch a crew within ~40 minutes of my request on Yelp. The team showed up within another ~15 minutes, resolved the problem (a stuck and clogged disposal) and were gone again 15 minutes later after cleaning up the area under the sink - cleaner than it was before they arrived). Will definitely keep Bayshore first in my contact list for plumbing needs.
