Bell Plumbing

Bell plumbing was quick to respond to my inquiry of a leak. Although they weren't able to find the leak on the first day, they were thorough in following up with me and giving me tips to troubleshoot to find the source. Once we had more ideas on the behavior of the leak and what it could be, they were quick to come out to verify and fix the leak.

The techs were thorough and showed me what was wrong and how they fixed things. They also were able to provide recommendations and concerns about other parts of the plumbing in the house, in an honest way without pressuring to up sale and giving multiple solutions.

Even after the leak was fixed, the tech continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was okay and I didn't have any issues persisting.

In my experience Bell Plumbing has been fast to respond, reliable, and very upfront about everything they do. The first time I called them for help was when I was trying to change water filter that was attached to the waterline supplying my fridge in a really weird way. We had a few other companies coming to give us quotes, but it seemed like they were all trying to turn it into a way bigger project than it needed to be. Steve M from Bell Plumbing and another person (I forgot your name, I'm sorry!) came, switched the line out to something that made much more sense, and made it so we could attach the filter if we still wanted it. It was a really good experience and they were able to fix it all in one day for a good price.

I was just going to leave that review but last night I noticed a toilet was leaking water out the back. I was able to schedule an appointment online and Freddie and Jakob came out this afternoon. They found a bolt that looked like it needed to be tightened, tested to make sure it wasn't still dripping, and didn't charge us for looking at it. They also told us that if the leaking continued we could just call over to get a quote really fast since they knew what else they would need to try if tightening that bolt didn't fix everything.

Bell Plumbing is going to be our go-to plumbers from now on :)

Jakob Droz and Preston came over to replace a sump pump check valve that was disconnected, broken and spewing water into the basement, and took care of it swiftly, and politely. Excellent!

Bell Plumbing to the rescue! Our son flushed a small snack container down the toilet, and Bell was able to arrange for quick same-day service. Freddy was excellent - super friendly and helpful and fixed quickly.

I have a conflicted feeling about them. There's a new scam schema going around apparently. You call them and explain what needs to be done - in my case just plain and straight drain cleaning. They would say that the technician needs to come and assess... so you agree on that, technician comes and asks for double price of what it costs and you can back out... But! He's already there and ready to do the work while you needs to go and shop again.

So! About 15 minutes later (not more I swear) everything is done and that person is on his way and the work is done... but $350 for simple drain cleaning and 15 minutes of work - NO, I will not recommend them!

Timely follow up by Bell Plumbing office staff as well as the technicians themselves to tackle a toilet fill valve replacement. Juan and his colleague were very friendly & professional and did a thorough job at replacing the unit, they even went above and beyond to flag that the water meter for my unit was labeled incorrectly. Services were a bit pricey but I'm very pleased with the level of service provided, would recommend Juan and Bell Plumbing, thank you!

I had two toilets installed in my home and was charged a lot of money for them. They were not secured correctly and I had to have them come back to fix them. Additionally, I requested to have new faucets on a tub and a hot/cold fix to regulate the temperature. They cut a hole in my wall and left it for me to hire someone else to fix the drywall. They installed plastic faucets without asking me first. The price I paid should warrant gold faucets.

The workers were very nice but I would not use them again.

They are good in discussing the cause, plan and possible cost of my concern.
They seems to be honest on their opinions.
