Answered the phone on a Friday afternoon, person arrived promptly the following business day. Very knowledgeable and equipped to work. Terrific advice (need new appliance but that's what I was expecting based on new noises it started making).

Steven did an incredible job with my Bosch dishwasher. Not only did he fix the issue he also found that it was hooked up to cold water which has been causing major issues the whole time of owning it. Highly recommend, he knows the ins and outs of Bosch like nobody I've used.

Couldn't have been easier. Called Monday, got an assessment appointment an hour later. Diagnosis made, part ordered. Part arrives next day along with an appointment to have it installed an hour later. Here I am 24 hours from the first call with a repaired oven. Service was prompt, efficient, matter of fact, competent, pleasant and fair.

Responsive, reasonable, shows up on time, gets the job done. Great experience. Nice guy - polite, respectful, level-headed. Would hire Steven again in a second.

All this for an old refrigerator made by a rare brand. Not everyone would service this thing. Steven could. I highly recommend him.

Called in for an estimate to have oven repaired and Steve texted back promptly! He came in same day and said he can repair it NOW! It was quick, easy and affordable!!

Excellent repair of my Wolf range. Our home warranty repairs have been a nightmare except this one. Best Appliance Repair was the service company sent by our home warranty and did a great job. Communication was clear and the repair was prompt. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly and answered questions about another appliance while here. Very happy and I would call for a non-warranty service on any appliance.

Our left refrigerator door was not latching properly, and Best Appliance Repair (I unfortunately didn't get the gentleman's name) was able to quickly fix it without needing to replace the entire door. While this fix was sufficient, it also made the left door stick up a quarter inch higher than the right door. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoying for someone like me who tends to be OCD about these types of things.

Without us asking, Best Appliance Repair gave us a call later the same day to let us know they found extra parts to lift the right door to even them out. This was completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.

Steven is a lifesaver. After calling 26 appliance repair companies, Steven was the only one willing to help me and work with my terrible home warranty company (as a favor to me). He quickly diagnosed my issue and was responsive to calls and texts for scheduling and part updates.  He was incredibly thorough and fast with the repair.  He even fixed a few issues with the door closure which were left by another technician years before and checked for other potential issues.  He also was very knowledgeable, telling me what to look out for if our older stove was experiencing issues again in the future.  I will never use anyone else for any appliance repair.  He is top notch!
