Do not use BestParking. They are no help when you are overcharged in error. I paid in advance for parking for 7 days at Enerprise 57 Parking LLC. I had a reservation from 11am on 6/30 to 11am 7/7. When I went to pick up my car they said I dropped it off a 1/2 hour early owed an additional $70.00. I have an ezpass receipt showing I was driving the car they said was parked in their garage at 10:30am, across the GW bridge right around 12pm. BestParking said their was nothing they could do as the garage receipt showed 10:30, they did not even care to see the ezpass receipt that would discredit it. I will not use BestParking ever agian and will not go near Enterprise 57 Parking LLC ever again. They are total scammers!

$10 all day parking.
You pay afterwards. Cash and Visa/MC accepted.
You cannot tip when you pay on the card.
Located in the Tenderloin District but pretty much next to a police station.
Highly recommend if you want to park your car all day w/o paying an arm and a leg!Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Jay W.San Jose, CA643320Mar 31, 2019
March 30th, 2019 at 4:30 am. Everything seems to go well, except this is not technically, a 24-Hour parking garage. It is on account of the attendant telling you, "we close, but you can call the phone number on the sign, and we'll let you out within 10-minutes." Except the number goes straight to voicemail, and the mailbox is full so I'm stranded outside the garage until possibly, 6 am when they officially, open.
Thanks a lot Best Parking LLC.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Freeduh W.Greenstone, PA011Jan 20, 2022
Paid for a spot in DC, no attendant on duty and the QR code would not work, so had to pay again. Email Best Parking for refund, never heard a thing.

Paid for the $30 overnight parking (and tipped an extra $5). The guy who parked my car said that if I came back before 12 he would change it to the $12 rate and give me back the difference. When I came back before midnight it was a different guy working and he wouldn't give me back the $18 I was promised when I parked. He actually laughed when I brought it up. Typical city scam artists.
You can park like two blocks away right across from Macy's on Geary in a much safer and cleaner area for way less money too.
Not only that, this warehouse/garage is filthy with super tight parking spots. Good luck getting your car back with no damage.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tim B.Lincoln City, OR4911Jul 11, 2020
We parked here as a last resort due to other garages near the hotel were either full or closed...and our car, along with a few others, was stolen out of the garage around 4am. Not the best security here. Their doors were supposedly shut and locked. Crooks got in, broke into the office and stole keys to the vehicles, which seemed to me should have been locked in a safe considering the nature of this neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and don't drive into the city. Take BART and use apps like Uber or Lyft. This experience will cost me well over $1000. Good news is my vehicle was recovered and very little damage.

wow, unfortunately i have to say that the owners are extremely rude! I don't need somebody to bully me ever! Nor scream at me, or threaten me in any way ... just because I question why cost has changed. I almost called 911... actually i should have! He freaking scared me!
To the other people who work there: some of them are extremely nice.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 26, 2009
Cheap and good. I parked regularly with these guys, that they know me by face.
Their rates are consistent, $8 for the day rate till 6 pm, and $20 for overnight parking. We didn't discover the in-and-out privileges till later on. That was such a find!
It's located next to Chutneys and Bang San Thai. Another plus!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - George C.San Pablo, CA275Oct 19, 2019
$35 overnight parking. Left my car there on a Wednesday afternoon and picked it up at noon the next day.

No problems on a busy Saturday in the city. As street parking is impossible during the day because the meters have to be continuiously be fed, we stopped into Best Parking upon seeing the sign advertising $12 for the day if the car was picked up before 6:30. They kept the keys and let me feel that my car was going to be safe in a neighborhood where I've had incidents with my car being broken into.
When I got back to pick up my car, a different guy asked for only $10, but when I told him that the first guy told me $12, he quickly remembered that it was $12. He held our his hand for quite a while as he gave me my change, prompting me to think that a tip is expected, but I wasn't sure of the etiquette and scampered off. Is tipping in a parking garage customary?Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
