We had a clog with our kitchen and bathroom sinks and called BG Plumbing for an estimate. Oscar arrived the next day right on time and walked through the various unclogging options.

He provided a great price and was able to snake through the cleanout to unclog the line.

The whole process took less than one hour and was very efficient and painless. Would recommend.

This was my 3rd time to ask for BG Plumbing's help. It was an emergency kitchen sink clog, which I tried my best to fix myself beforehand. I was going out of town and needed help and had message them late at night, and surprisingly someone replied right away that they will get back to me the next day. I got a call, first thing in the morning and Baldo came in the afternoon and had fixed the issue. I really appreciated how he explained the issue to me, and how he prepped the area with rags, etc so my kitchen wouldn't get dirty. He even cleaned the nasty things all over under the sink. Very professional and friendly and would call them again for help.

A tech just came by and quoted me $325 to change a kitchen faucet. Nothing difficult or out of the ordinary, just a standard faucet swap. When I asked why it was so much since other quotes are $90-$150, he said, "Well, we have to remove the old one and then install the new one. Maybe you can find a handyman that can do it cheaper." Uh, okay... When I emailed them I have pictures and video of the old and new faucet and underneath the sink, they said they would have to come out to give me an accurate quote. The tech turned off the water, and then turned on the faucet. When no water came out, he said, "Yeah, I can replace this." What a waste of time.
I got the faucets replaced for $150 each. Took an hour per faucet.

Oscar and Bryant helped us identify a gas leak very quickly. Extremely happy with the initial communication and the work!

We selected BG Plumbing for a re-pipe job after receiving other bids as well: they were the top shelf solution at the same price we were given by others unwilling to do permits. Kevin led the crew and is a quiet pro, his team knows what they're doing, and they did the job on time, on budget, and without extras. We lost some time with final permit sign-off but we suspect anyone would have had the same issue when renovating. We would definitely work with these guys again (and have recommended already to family).

I had a mysterious problem for a while. In front yard I measured 80psi (which is quite high) however in the house the water was very small - even more so when multiple faucets were open. I literally had to wait my wash machine finish before taking a shower!

Oscar patiently diagnosed the problem for me and walked me through why the pressure regulator was most likely the villain. Unlike another plumber who came by and offered to replace the regulator but gave no guarantee it would fix the problem, I felt much more comfortable after Oscar explained to me the problem and causes. He did a great job replacing both the regulator and my decade-old valve as well. He didn't leave until we tested water pressure and everything returned back to normal. My wife and I are both very happy with the services Oscar provided and would recommend him to anyone in similar trouble!

Oscar was on time, efficiently solved the issue, and was careful about not making a mess and cleanup afterwards.

Baldo from BG Plumbing replaced two toilets, some shutoff valves and an angle stop and installed two bidets. He gave balanced advice, reasonable estimates, and did great and diligent work. He's friendly, professional and timely. I will now always call him first if I have a plumbing issue.
