Assigned by my home insurance to fix my dishwasher. I have to wait for 1 week to get the appointment. Came to my house and found the needed parts for the dishwasher. After 3 weeks of waiting, I found out they couldn't find parts so the home warranty had to order the parts. After 5 weeks of waiting finally the parts arrived they came to my house and the technician broke the parts but his argument was it was broken when they received the parts. Why you will go to the customer's house if you know you have a broken part? And how come the home warrant insurance can find the parts and this company cannot find the parts Now they have to call my home warranty again to order new parts.

Respectful , clean ,professional and happy with the repairs, Ivan was respectful of the house and very polite to my little baby girl that wanted to be involved in all the repairs.

This is my first time using Big Guys Appliance. Ivan and his partner are very professional and were able to take care of a warranty issue for me even though the manufacturer had back ordered parts. I would definitely use them again.

Assigned by home insurance.
The technician came on time BUT requested to sign a release of liability for any damage to the appliance.
Why would Big Guys did send upon confirming appointment the release of liability?
If I would receive it before appointment and chance to review I will cancel the appointment and just notify the home insurance to look for another company.

Evan did an amazing job helping with our Thermador cooktop. We were having trouble with the light indicator which is not on even when the fire is up. This was a big concern and we almost got burned a couple of times. Evan and his team identified the issue on their first visit and fixed it with the arriving part on their second visit. We are really satisfied with the result!

Excellent service. The technician was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. I learned the intricacies of my new refrigerator. He even helped me rearrange the racks so that I was able to fit more into the refrigerator. I wish I remembered his name so that he could be acknowledged; however, I will not forget the service that was provided.

Eta: hope everyone sees how he responds to people. Just got *another* phone call asking to pay even though I already did. Daniel I don't respond to threats.Take it up with thermador - they told me not to pay initially and then told me to pay and that they would deal with you after seeing how you behave. My credit can take a hit I'm not worried about that. But I hope clientele see the way you respond to your customers. What a mess.
They fixed my thermador range. I told them I wanted to double check with thermador about whether or not my warranty would cover it. Thermador instructed me not to pay the invoice until it was sorted out.
Daniel called no less than 15 times in two days. While I was at work, seeing patients, he kept calling me. It was harassment and I had to call thermador to call and tell him to stop. Please be aware how this guy works. The technician who serviced the range was nice, but Daniel is a real obnoxious guy - and someone who is impossible to get a hold of before to schedule the appointment.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Yes, I did call multiple times because you were fully aware of your bill because you agreed to it. Bosch only covered for diagnosis when I sent it over to you. You advise me that you would pay it right away. The only reason you paid is because I left you a voicemail stating that everything was recorded, and that it wasn’t paid by end of business that we would send you off to collections. In my world if a job is done and people agree to the cost of repairs they get paid once the repair is complete.

At first this company is easy to work with. I made an appointment for a diagnostic test and then they ordered my parts. I never got a call or text or email saying my parts were in and that I could schedule an appointment for the repairs. I contacted the company via email and asked for an appointment. They asked me to call for the appointment, I asked for it via email. They were happy to do so and I thought I had it all set up for the following week. The day arrives and I get no visit so I call the company. They tell me I had never had an appointment scheduled and the only way to do so was via phone. No one ever mentioned that in the email thread. If you work with this company, the work and status will all be on you without any regard for your lost time. The tech was decent enough during the diagnostic, but I won't be using this Bosch authorized tech company again. I won't be buying another Bosch appliance for that matter either. Just after the warranty was over, the washing machine broke. $500 to repair a quite new appliance doesn't seem right
