Bigfoot Hauling & Junk Removal

I am very satisfied with the work and price from Leo Bigfoot. He responded quickly to my on-line inquiry back in June. He quoted a good price as I found out when I shopped around. I indicated we would be ready in August. In the meantime, I removed the floor tile and subfloor. I contacted him again in August and we re-negotiated the price. He and two other workers arrived on time, got right to the demo job by breaking apart all the cultured marble fixtures and cabinet, covered our floor with clear plastic sticky material and hauled out all the old stuff in large trash cans and swept up afterwards. They were in and out in about 3hrs. No complaints. I recommend Leo Bigfoot.

Mauricio is a total pro. Hadn't seen him when I was searching for reviewers, but he responded to an ad I posted looking for someone to lug an old arcade machine out of the bowels of my garage. Time, moisture, and spiders had rusted the machine into a 900 pound hunk of tetanus and decay, and a lot of the movers I contacted wanted outrageous prices even to try to pick it up. The bolts were stripped and the wheels were cracked, so the machine couldn't be rolled or broken down - only sheer force could drag it out of its garagey lair.

Mauricio quoted me a price LESS THAN HALF of the closest competitor, showed up bang of time, and, with only one guy helping him, lifted the machine like it was made of paper. He had it down the driveway and into his truck in less than ten minutes, and this is the very same machine that took three guys almost an hour to untruck and schlep into the garage in the first place. It was amazing - if you told me that Mauricio's hobby is running marathons with a piano strapped to his back, I'd believe you.

One last note. Having dealt with a lot of sketchy moving men in the past - guys just out of jail with gang tattoos on their face, guys obviously on meth, and one guy who saw my cat and told me he used to eat cats back in Cambodia - I can't tell you how relieved I was to meet Mauricio. He's such a friendly, professional dude, and as reliable as it gets. I will definitely contact him first for any hauling jobs from now on. If you need a hauler, snap him up now before the rest of Yelp gets wind of him!

Bigfoot was the first company to get back to me. They were able to fit me in the next day. Not only did they take everything that needed to be removed but they were easy to work with and swept up after the job was completed. I highly recommend these guys.

You have no idea how grateful I am to have them come remove all the junk in my yard! I had years of construction debris and yard waste piling up from my house remodel. They were courteous, professional and very understanding when my (hoarder) father came to "look" at what they were taking. I had another company come give an estimate which was lower than Big Foot, but I decided that I preferred to go with a company that was more professional in their communication and service. They took pictures of the junk and provided me with an estimate and invoice before starting the work and they agreed to match the lower price! Needless to say, I highly recommend Big Foot to anyone who is putting off doing this. It has lifted a huge weight from my shoulders and I can finally start to landscape my yard!

Leo was in and out of my apartment in 20 minutes! Confirmed the appointment, arrived right on time, very respectful and professional. Price was extremely reasonable for the what they were up against. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and unable to do much of the heavy lifting necessary around my house. Many of Bigfoot Hauling competitors were overpriced for the service they provide and were not willing to fit me into their schedules . Bigfoot not only is very reasonable in price, they were very quick to respond within the timeline I needed to hit MY schedule. Their attention to detail and stellar attitude just earned them a greatful customer who intends to use them again very shortly.

They did a wonderful job clearing everything out quickly, checking to make sure everything I wanted gone was out and even cleaned up the space on their way out! All with a friendly attitude! I was looking for last minute and reasonably priced service but got so much more from Bigfoot Hauling.
