If I could give Bill and his company 6 stars I would!

Recently, Bill helped me install a new washer / dryer in my home when nobody else would due to the tight space and degree of difficulty. He was professional, friendly, honest, very knowledgeable and took the utmost pride in his work. The installation was not easy, and while many would have quit or stopped responding, Bill came back for two days to help me out and get the machines installed.

In short, we need more businesses that care about their customers like Bill's Best Appliance Repair. I highly recommend their services.

I put my dryer work project out on Yelp. Bill responded first. His diagnostic price was fair so I decided to give him a try. Although he didn't have as many reviews as some of the others, I thought I would give him a chance since he is probably trying to get his business up and running. I scheduled the appointment and it was the very next day so that was great.

He text messaged me that he was running a little behind. Could have given me a little more notice but then again, he probably was busy with another customer working hard. Because when he came to my home and I ended up letting him do the work, he certainly worked hard.

Diagnostic was pretty quick. I thought the price was a bit high but I wouldn't really know. But obviously, he still needs to add labor cost to the part so be it. He ended up replacing the heating element which he thank goodness had in his car. While he was fixing the dryer, he ended up lubricating the rollers to ensure the drum worked well too.

Bill was super pleasant and professional. I already recommended him to a friend who needed dryer repair so I hope Bill will do well there as well.

The experience using Bill was exceptional and the problem was fixed within the same week. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, Bill was very prompt, he provided an estimate and even offered different prices for original or third party parts. During the repair, Bill encountered a second issue, but quickly adapted, went to the store for extra materials, and still was able to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend , on time; issue with washer computer board.At that place where parts/repair about half cost of new one. He even looked for used boards online. Although no longer under warranty he suggested we contact LG to see if they'd cover it as there's been issues. Lo and behold I did and they are replacing part at no charge! Thank you Bill
