Not terrible. For food court food it is average.

The food was just warm, as can be expected for hanging out under a heat lamp. Not overly impressed with the flavors; chicken was good, but the vegetables were rather bland.

Take a shot, you might like it. I would try again if nothing else excites my cravings.

One of the few places at Coquitlam Centre food court that gives good value. The 2 meats and one vegetable with rice/noodle combo is enough food for 2 people. I love the blackened chicken and spicy fried fish. Very delicious. And I get them to add bourbon sauce onto the rice. It might be Chinese food masquerading as Cajun cuisine but it still tastes pretty good.

I frequent Coquitlam Mall and sometimes lunch at the food court. Thought I'd have vegetables so I ordered rice, chicken and of course vegetables. The rice and chicken was dry and vegetables were soggy. I had a special gift from the kitchen a HARD CHUNK CABBAGE CORE on my plate. Cabbage cores are suppose to be discarded or sliced thinly. How am I going to cut that with a plastic fork? Duh!
I've been to the branch at Metrotown, they are better than this place.

Ordered the salad with the chicken.
It was not good. Too much bourbon sauce it made the lettuce and chicken all one flavour and soggy. chicken wasn't even warm just cold.

This place is horrible. I've been to other Bourbon St. Grills and they are WAY better. This location just doesn't care if you get food poisoning or not. The girls at the front could care less about customer service and are more focused being on their phones and playing rap music than the actual customers trying to order food. All of the food I ordered was luke warm and the chicken was cold. It was 7pm and half of their trays were empty for "closing time" which is still 2 hours away. I would not recommend this place!

As far as fast food goes this is one of the better ones. When the food court is your only option this is a good choice. Food has always been pretty fresh and tasty

The server was very rude, very poor service! The experience was very bad because of the chinese lady server she didnt know how to smile as if she doesnt want any customers. We went there Dec.03 2017 afternoon. Coquitlam Center Location

Bourbon Street Grill is not Cajun food. It's Chinese junk food pretending to be Cajun food.
