He knows his stuff! Was able to troubleshoot the issue the same day I dropped it off. He replaced the part once it arrived and it's good as new!

My Breville Barista Express failed 3 days ago. I contacted Trevor and we made an appointment to drop off the machine near my house since his business is up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. He was on time, ahead of time to our drop off meeting. He took the machine. He diagnosed it, got the parts and fixed it and returned it to me 2 days later. It needed a new pump and a couple of solenoids were questionable. He replaced them all. Runs great now. He kept in constant contact. Sent me a video of the machine after it was fixed, working properly. All for about 20% of what a new machine would have cost. This is an older machine, probably near 10 years old. Service doesn't get any better. He is just starting up. If you bring your machine to him you will not be sorry. I would not think twice about bringing a Breville to him.

Trevor deserves all the stars! I reached out when our Breville espresso machine 'fried'. I already had it apart but wasn't sure what I was looking for, I'm handy but first time inside an espresso machine. I sent Trevor photos and explained the symptoms. Right away he told me what part I needed and asked if I was comfortable replacing it since I already took it apart. I said I'll give it a shot and if I fail I'll have you fix it!
With the link to a sub $10 part I was ready to fix it, I just needed to buy some thermal paste to ensure it's fixed properly.

Trevor is just amazing. I sent him pictures of my Machine and a video of what was going on. He is so knowledgeable, he immediately on the spot told me what's wrong and what parts to order. I just ordered it and if I can't fix it myself I know I can count on him to fix it. His price is reasonable for all that he does for his customers.

Trevor did an amazing job repairing my Breville espresso machine. He's extremely responsive, knowledgeable, fast, and a great value. Most appliance repair shops turned me away saying they don't repair Breville products. Luckily he was able to fix the issues, otherwise I was considering buying an entirely new machine.
