Q:
Does anyone know the number to call when you're ready for pick up? Website says call the hotel, hotel told me I'd call the number at the bus stop but I don't exactly want to sit around for 40 min waiting for them to get me..
A:
You do have to call the Hilton. We got back in town at 1 AM and called 650-340-8500 to confirm pick-up. Wait at the hotel shuttle drop-off/pick-up location on the departures level.

Pros:
- Low cost
- Seemed safe
- Easy check-in/check-out process
- Shuttle was very comfortable
- Shuttle drivers were courteous
This was a good option for off-airport parking and I have parked here multiple times when flying out of SFO. The shuttle can be hit or miss, but during my last trip the shuttle came very quickly. As a matter of fact, by luck the shuttle was empty and waiting for us at our time of arrival. I would definitely park here again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 28, 2021Previous reviewPros:

Cons:
- 15+ minutes wait for shuttle each time.
This was a good option for off-airport parking and I think the price was great. I think they only have 1 shuttle constantly doing loops so we had to wait a bit, about 20 minutes each time, both to and from the airport. Other than that, no issues and I would definitely park here again if the price still makes sense.
I used airportparkingreservations.com for the reservation and found that to have the best price. - Tom B.San Francisco, CA07Jun 25, 2024
Do yourself a favor and pay slightly more for offsite parking.
I've experienced every complaint in the other reviews - extremely long wait times for the shuttle and consistently being charged an extra $10 at exit. This has happened to me three times, and regretfully I continued using Burlingame Airport Parking.
Last visit was the last straw. After waiting the typical ~30 minutes for the shuttle, it was completely full and unable to accommodate the people waiting or their luggage. The luggage in the back of the bus was piled to the top of the bus (several feet above the drivers head) and the overflow was packed into the bus blocking the aisle. People had to sit on each others laps and on their own luggage. I felt lucky that I could fit in (others waiting could not) as I would have missed my flight, but it was a safety hazard and huge cluster with people/luggage moving when unloading.
My return was equally as bad. Another long wait for the shuttle, and once again the luggage in the back was piled dangerously high. When the driver loaded my bag, 3 large roller bags fell from ~8-10' feet high. I was able to catch and block them so they didn't hit the driver, but injury was easily possible.
My car also had a 6" door ding incurred during parking. While this isn't the parking garages fault, other off airport parking lots offer valet parking and mark damage areas on the car when parking to avoid theses issues.
These guys really, really suck. Anza parking across the street is miles better. If you use Burlingame be ready to have long waits and potentially miss your flight, deal with unacceptable safety problems, and risk damage to your vehicle, and consistently get gouged for an extra ~10$ at exit.
EDIT - also worth mentioning, they use Hilton Airport shuttles and pickup at the hotel pickup area. If you wait at the parking shuttle location, there is a good chance they'll pass right by and not pick you up. This happened to me once and I had to flag down the driver, who was pretty rude about it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 510521Sep 3, 2023
I parked here from May 2023 for 6 weeks.
It was the cheapest parking I could find. The total came to what it quoted on the web site.
I had no issues with book, parking or shuttle. All worked like advertised.
The parking lot does not seem very safe, but there was always some coming or going.
Nothing happened to our car.
There is one bus that drives to SFO and back and the round trip seems to take around an hour. If you just missed it then it could be a wait. There was way to track it as others have posted and the tracking worked for us.
The tracking QR code is not posted in SFO and we could not know when it comes. Just asked the busses and the Burlingame bus came soon enough.
The driver helped to get our luggage to the bus and out.
I would say I got what I paid for compared to the other prices.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 12, 2024
We used this place once and it looks like from the other reviews it was an unusually good experience. You make the reservation online and scan a code to get to the uncovered parking. The shuttle is supposed to come about every half hour. It may not run on time but you can go to their website and see where it is at. The ride to the airport was quick. On the way back to the car we just missed bus according to the tracker on their website. It felt like it was a long time before it came back, maybe 40 minutes but part of that feeling is because other buses come around more often and you keep wondering if it will be yours. Overall it was a good experience for us. The parking lot felt just as safe or maybe more safe than other parking spots I have used.

They tell you the shuttle is every 15 mins. We are sitting over half an hour already. Several of the Anza, park and fly and parking spot have already stopped by. No shuttle from Burlingame. The phone is just a recorder. Finally 45 mins later the shuttle came and we are 30 mins beyond our parking reservation. We had to pay an additional $9.90 for the gate to open even though we were within the 24 hour prepaid

This place is generally the cheapest long term parking around SFO. I keep coming back because it's a good value and, so far, it has mostly functioned as promised.
It's a little nerve-wracking to wait for the shuttle, but it has worked out for me most of the 3 times I used it. Once, I parked at around 4:00 AM and decided to call an Uber from the adjoining hotel instead of take my chances on the shuttle.
When you return to SFO and you need to get the shuttle, the live shuttle tracker on their website is handy (when it's working). It comes much less often than some of the other hotel and parking shuttles, which gets frustrating. Just keep your eyes open for the dark shuttle that says BURLINGAME on the side.
Good luck!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Maria O.Tracy, CA03Dec 8, 2023
Poor Service! Recently used them , we waited an hr. 25 mins. still no shuttle arrived. We ended up using a taxi to retrieve our car from their parking lot.
We called them twice, we found out they have only 1 shuttle circulating and the parking garage is 15-20 mins. drive from the airport that's why they are advertising up to 30 mins. turn around.
But an hr. and 25 mins. wait was extremely long time. Maybe their one and only shuttle was out for service that hour yet they were not transparent about it and did not care about their customers at all. What kind of business model they have. They deal with people yet they have failed to show courtesy and respect to their customers. We had been loyal customers for almost 7 years. It's time to find another one.
And we are frequent travelers.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mackenzie H.San Francisco, CA01Nov 26, 2023
It's exactly what everyone says. Just pay a little extra and park somewhere better. If you don't mind waiting and watching shuttle after shuttle after shuttle pick up other passengers, especially after a long flight, then I guess this would be the one for you.
Thought about getting an Uber instead of the unreliable shuttle, minimum $30 for a 5 min drive.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alan D.Hayward, CA3173Sep 4, 2023
This will be my last time. Everyone should know that the shuttle drivers are awful. From providing the wrong information on your pickup site when you return to passing you by on the curve and having to wait long times, (today over an hour for pickup) and no useful contact number for help..... well this is a bad situation. I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star because the parking itself is alright but the transportation is horrible.

Shuttle drivers dont even stop for passengers at shuttle stops. Waiting 45min for shuttle because he stopped where no one was but drove right past the shuttle stop with 20+ people didnt even slow down to check if passengers wanted on
