I called C&A Brown for help to repair a dishwasher. The office was easy to get a hold of on the phone and shared their pricing. After deciding I wanted to move forward, it was easy to get scheduled and they were able to accommodate my meeting schedule. They even called back to let me know they were able to squeeze me in sooner.

Rich was great and the repair done quickly and efficiently.

My dryer recently malfunctioned. I was fortunate to discover C&R Brown Company. From the initial phone call to the exceptional service provided by their knowledgeable technician, my experience was highly positive. They exceeded my expectations.

My dishwasher was leaking. In July, I called Master Appliance and was charged $410. I was. Taken advantage of. It leaked again Richard came out told me the dishwasher was not worth fixing. Especially after being charged $410. Richard was so nice, he didn't even charge me a service call. An honest repairman

I called C&A because I thought my washer had a problem - it's very likely an electrical problem rather than a washer issue. I got the washer & dryer serviced and all was well. Rich gave me good insights into how to maintain everything. C&A goes into my file for the next time I need appliance help!

This is a family owned and operated small business, and Rich and Susan were clear in their communication, incredibly efficient, reliable, and great value for the service provided. We had been having problems with our Whirlpool Dryer, and Rich actually squeezed us in and came out a few days earlier than we initially scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately given he stocks quite a few of the parts that break down over time for most of the big brands (whirlpool, GE, et al) - We will never use another service for our household problems. They have our business for life.

Terrible customer service. The women in the phone wouldn't even confirm if their technicians are familiar with the repair of Bertazzoni ovens. She was absolutely despicable and all her focused was to only have me agreed to the labor cost for Someone to come out.
What type of business model wouldn't even listen to what the customer needs or wants. All this business seems to care is making sure that the people that call can pay the labor fees and agree to them before even understanding or discussing the nature of the job.

I was so impressed with this appliance repair company. It's the kind of service one got about 25 years ago. Yes a real person answers the phone and politely gives you a time for service. Yes- They call the morning of service to let you know when they will be coming and actually do come within a narrow window so you don't waste the whole day! Richard was absolutely fabulous and fixed my beloved stove - it needed a new igniter - and made sure it worked before he left. All for a very fair price!

No complaints and all thumbs up! Rich provided clear explanations for our dishwasher issue and was very prompt, efficient, and thorough in the work. And they were very communicative and helpful on the day of the repair, calling first thing in the morning and giving us a 30 minute window in which they would arrive. We would definitely use C&A again.

You know you can't do any better when you get the owner of the company himself who comes to do the work on your appliance. In this case, Richard came and did an excellent job in doing my dishwasher repair, and also explaining the specifics of what he was doing, and what I could do to help extend the life of the appliance.

In addition, I needed a very rare part for my smaller sized dishwasher, and his wife, Susan, did a great job in locating the part, and keeping me advised as to when it was expected to arrive.

Electric stovetop burner suddenly stopped working properly. The small burner within the large one would not turn on, thus leaving me with use of only the outer edge of the large burner.
Contacted C & A Brown via a recommendation from a friend who has prior repair services performed by the Company. I called and the Receptionist was friendly. She asked direct questions about the problem and said that the repair service technician would give me an estimate for the work ASAP. She returned my call within the next day and I made the appointment. They called back within a few days to make an appointment to have the Burner repaired/replaced.
Richard arrived on time, was totally professional, explained what needed to be fixed/replaced. I asked him about the issue and he explained everything in layman's terms that I understood. He showed me where the problem was on the burner. He was thorough and professional in his work.
