Otto's Appliance Service

I couldn't recommend Angelo and Tony more highly. Another company scheduled to see me first, did some assessments and called the manufacturer (18 year old Bosch dishwasher) and concluded it couldn't be repaired and it was time to replace it. I almost cancelled Angelo's visit, but Tony told me he was confident he'd find a solution. Angelo came, did diagnostic, replaced a part and soldered a faulty conduit wire and we're back in business! These guys know what they're doing - Angelo explained everything about how this unit operates. I would always check with them before scrapping a large appliance like this. Thank you Otto's!!

So we had a Bosch dishwasher with some kind of weird problem that the Bosch machines often have. I looked on yelp and auto appliance service came up right from the top with great reviews so I called him on the day after Thanksgiving, so there was a delay and call me back, but that was totally fine and expected. Told him the problem and he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone but said they would be out the next day. Came out and it was a pretty extensive job to get to the problem, which was of course a little piece of plastic wedged in some back of the dishwasher. Anyway, terrific service got me right in line as soon as they could super friendly service very reasonable price and Bosch dishwasher is up and running with no problems. Super strong recommendation for this business, friendly service, reasonable prices. And most importantly they fixed it on time and on budget.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Angelo and the team at Otto's. Like many appliance repair firms, they tend to focus on just a few types of appliances--so just be aware of that. Bosch dishwashers is one of their brands.

They assisted twice on my "fancy pants" Bosch dishwasher that seems to like getting repaired. (Hmmm, something about German manufacturing like Beemers and Benzs that love to breakdown when their warranties expire?...) Anyways, I love the ultra low quietness of my Boach dishwasher, and thus it seems like I'll need to keep asking for great repairmen like Angelo.

They tend to arrive as soon as possible. Just give them the model # of your Bosch dishwasher--it is located on a side label (usually on the right side) and give them the error code. You can also take a picture of these items and send it to them when they ask for it. House visits seem to run about $220 or so, and usually is done quickly.

I'm a big fan of this group, and hope Angelo doesn't retire!....ever!...

I can't say enough good things about Otto's Appliance. This is the second time we've used them and they didn't disappoint. From the initial phone call to schedule the repair, all the way to the completed job, everything went smoothly. There are other companies in the area that will try to overcharge for very simple issues. Otto's is 100% trustworthy and always does a great job.

Highly recommend Otto's Appliance Service. We called today and they squeezed us in last minute. Angelo was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our Bosch dishwasher during our appointment. It was fantastic all around service and would recommend them to anyone!

Needed my Bosch dishwasher repaired. Within four hours Angelo appeared to do the repair. Seems like a rodent ate away an important part. Angelo replaced it and gave us some advice about the rodent. I was able to speak to him hours later and he was very helpful. This is the second time I have used Ottos Repair.

Although it seems that Otto's doesn't need another great review, I rarely review but was so pleased with the service that I just felt it necessary to write one. Here's how it went. I called on a Monday and got through immediately to someone who quickly understood my issue with our Bosch dishwasher, saying "We should get the part by Wednesday". He quoted the price for the part, the service call cost, and the hourly rate--telling me also about how long it would take. We set up the appt for Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00.
At 11:00, Angelo arrived, changed the part, and charged me exactly what was quoted. An added positive was that he was easy going, friendly, and informative, showing us some aspects of our dishwasher that we weren't aware of.
When I think of all the service calls that arrived late, charged more than estimated, couldn't fix the probelem, sent grumpy workers, or never showed the day promised, Otto's was a breath of fresh air. When folks do things the way they are supposed to be done, I just have to write a review! Thanks, Angelo!

After our kitchen was remodeled, our dishwasher kept falling off its mounting underneath a cabinet. We had the contractors fix it multiple times, but it kept failing. Finally, the contractors said that the mounting hardware provided by the dishwasher manufacturer was faulty and they couldn't do anything about it.

That didn't seem right to us, so we called a high-end appliance seller and asked who they use for installations. They told us to call Otto, who fixed the problem once and for all at a reasonable price.

These are some really helpful, honest folks at Ottos. They ended up giving me advice which allowed me to fix my dishwasher on my own!

My experience: my dishwasher was clogged and Ottos is one of several Bosch dishwasher authorized repairers (the best rated one, too). I called them and the friendly guy on the phone made a best effort to squeeze me into a busy schedule. In addition, he gave me a ton of helpful tips to diagnose the issue and potentially fix it myself. These tips allowed me to check a part of the dishwasher I didn't think of check, which allowed me to unclog and fix the error myself without the repairperson needing to come by. Obviously them giving me these basic tips doesn't make the business any money, so I'm really, really grateful they took the time on the call to help! I'll definitely use them next time for future repair needs.
