Cali Party Bus

My daughter asked me to help her make arrangements for a party bus for her prom and I agreed with some trepidation. I called Cali Party Bus for a quote and from the beginning Katie and Kyle were very helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have no doubt that the 55 person executive bus we selected was the coolest in the Bay. Very clean and nicely appointed.
As the kids got on the bus you could hear them gasp and remark about how "sick" it was.

The driver Lamar was as the kids said "chill". Also a school bus driver he was totally non-plussed by having 43 energetic teens behind him on the bus. He was firm about the rules but also knew that this was a memorable night and tried to make it special for them. He arrived promptly, got the kids to their dinner and dance safely, and arrived back on time. All of the kids had a great time and much of that can be attributed to how fun the bus was. (One bus that some their friends were on broke down and got them to the dance 2 hours late, another had a surly driver that spoiled their experience).

The kids had a great time at their event and now I'm inspired to plan an outing for the parents. Everyone we interacted with at Cali Party Bus made this a pleasant experience and I will recommend them to anyone who asks without reservation.

What a great experience! We planned a wine tasting day and always wanted to book a party bus. A friend used Cali Party Bus services in the past so we contacted them. Their website was very easy to navigate and I appreciated the description and photos of the bus sizes as well as costs.
Our day started in the East Bay at 11 am and our ride was about 1 hour to our first tasting. Normally a 1 hour ride up to Napa would be too long because we're so anxious to get to the tasting room, but the 1 hour ride up in a party bus wasn't long enough! We definitely got the party started the minute we stepped foot in the "club on wheels". We made our fist tasting on time and had a great time. Unfortunately we ran into some traffic (the race was in town) so we did not make our second tasting, HOWEVER, it did not matter - we found another winery in the area and enjoyed the party bus experience. We brought plenty of food and beverages along for the ride as well as a good playlist and good company!

Tips on how to make the best experience to the wineries on a party bus:
1) Start your day early (11 am was perfect)
2) Bring plenty of food (sandwiches, charcuterie boxes, crackers, chips, breakfast burritos) something sweet and don't forget water and vitamin water to hydrate *Note: we did plan to have lunch but the schedule was shifted due to traffic so having food on hand was helpful
3) Bring a great playlist - the sound system and lights make it a fun club'ish experience
4) Bring a jacket - the AC is powerful and you need it for all the bodies and heat people are putting off from all the dancing on the bus (we danced most of the ride) - but it can get a bit chilly
5) Treat your driver kindly - he/she is part of the party bus experience and tip them well if you enjoyed your trip. David our driver was so accommodating when we had to change our itinerary due to the traffic. It was hot outside so no one had a jacket but the AC in the bus works quite well and I was cold and David kindly offered me his jacket.
Overall the experience was amazing - the bus seated 14 but it comfortably sat 10 - we had enough room to move around and dance which was important. The bus was clean, had a nice blue tooth sound system, and had built in cooler trays for your ice and beverages.
I would highly recommend Cali Party Bus for a future event - we're already looking into booking another party this summer!

Their phone staff was very helpful in quickly assisting me with my questions regarding their potential accommodations for my corporate booking of a 20 seat limo bus configuration. On event day our driver David was amazing as his communication and his professionalism was on point! Our Arc'teryx team had a great day and he made it just that much better!

Jun was our driver for our 11 hour trip. He was amazing and took of everything. He pulled out our chairs, organized our bags and drinks, and cleaned up! Definitely the best service I've ever experienced...went way above and beyond!

A group of my friends and I rented a bus to go to the concert and received amazing service. Our driver Pete knew exactly where to park, gave us ample time to get back to the bus, and got us everywhere we needed to go safely. 10/10.

My friends and I recently took a "Cali party" bus to celebrate being done with law school, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Bhati was our driver, and he was absolutely incredible. He was so nice, super flexible, and made sure we had a phenomenal time.

Despite having a bunch of last-minute requests and changes, Bhati was easy-going and accommodating with everything. His driving was smooth, and he offered great advice on the best routes to take to our destinations. He also ensured we reached our final destination right on time.
