California Parking

I have to say, the owner of this company is fair and obviously invested in doing the right thing. My partner and I used one of his parking garages and they closed it early over a holiday weekend.

While we had to Uber home and drive up early the next week to get the car because his staff did not call us back, as the sign outside the garage said they would, once we got to the owner, he was civil and professional. The man refunded all our money and now has two dedicated customers.

P.S. His frontline workers do him no favors by being rude and unresponsive; however, Tony made up for it.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Our car got broken into while parked here. Not a safe place. Will never park at any California Parking locations ever again.

Be careful of this parking lot...there is some sort of scam going on. There is an impostor that issues a parking ticket and then the parking garage levies fines on you for accepting that parking ticket from the impostor. It appears to be some sort of nexus between them.
