They said they washed the floors and the cabinets everything is just filthy. We are putting our property up for sale. The​y didn't detail at all there's dust everywhere. They were supposed to be here until the job was done they left 3 hours after they got here!

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on our cleaning service. I'm sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your experience.
It seems there was a mix-up with your booking. While you requested our standard service, it sounds like you actually needed our after-renovation cleaning. Despite this, we were happy to help given the urgency.
When we spoke on the phone, we offered to fix any issues for free or provide a 50% discount. Unfortunately, you chose a refund instead.
Your review doesn't cover the whole story, but we understand your perspective. We always aim to meet our clients' needs, and it's disappointing we fell short this time.
