      I used this service today and they were AWESOME!! I wasn't home but my friend was here... She said they were courteous, funny and most of all... EFFICIENT!

      The place looks great and it was worth every penny! They did all the things I didn't want to (or have the time to) do... They even offered to do my laundry!

      They were good with my snooping dogs and still got the job done...

      RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

      Shout out to Tess and Rochelle!

      PS... Their attention to detail is unsurpassable!

      I am so pleased that my daughter referred this company to me almost 3 years ago. This team is like no other that I have experienced in hiring home cleaning service. They delve into every corner and go beyond.... without being asked to. They just anticipate what needs attention, and add that to their duties. They are such a busy team but arrive all smiles. It is obvious that they enjoy their job. Perfection seems to be their mantra. The home just "sparkles". We could not be more pleased!

      The cleaning was average but the administrative staff are a real pain to deal with. Note: The company puts the entire cleaning fee on your credit card before you have the service. They hold the amount on your card. If they cancel or rebook for another time (which they have numerous times) you are left hanging trying to find another cleaner. They call you and email a few times before the booking. They also like to 'follow up' by calling you to 'see how the cleaning was.' It's annoying. I'm in a hectic business and don't have any time to respond to all of this communications. The hold on the credit card is really offside. Stop using them. There's too many other cleaning options out there.

      Another BEWARE! I can not recommend LME. I used them for around two years at our condo (second home) in Cole Harbour. In the beginning they were friendly & courteous. I even provided free secure parking. 2bedrooms with carpet and 2,1/2bathrooms was too much for a two person team. No dogs, no kids two persons only. Our condo is actually spotless, it was still nice to pay someone to come around to do a final clean for when we were not there. All too much? The first sloppy cleaning was redone with no charge by a different than usual team only for them to come in and smash the corners with their vacuuming. I was left waiting for days for an explanation or solution only to be 'told off' in an instant that LME can no longer deliver the service I require. Something seems to be wrong here...too much work? Too little workers? I don't know... use someone else rather, good chance you'll be in better hands. I emailed LME to explain to me why they can no longer clean our condo, I am still waiting for an answer. Via BBB they suddenly said 'let's talk', too little too late. I'm not going to run back after LME dropped me.

      Glitter and plastic ties were left after I paid for this clean.
      Have a close look and see the damage done, brand new condo.

      We have used this company for a few years. They have a high turn over, charge too much, and won't notify you if there's a cancellation on several occasions. Bad communication between head office staff and cleaners leaving the client wondering when/if the cleaners will show up. Our main cleaner (Tess) was good, but she had a new trainee every few weeks, which made for less efficiency. We have decided to cancel because of repeated failed show-up's. Over-priced and same excuses every time you call head office to complain. Moving on to another company!

      Sent an e-mail to Jacob on Friday to review the scope of work for a large 11 unit scope of work project.

      They did reach out to us on the following day via Monday which was appreciated, however, given the number of companies that we tried to reach out to we needed them to send a proposal in as requested in the e-mail. It's good to hear voice to voice connection none the less which is something that seems to lack in the business world in general.

      The quote came from New Clean Living which confused me a bit. They were the only company that bothered to read our proposal and based on said proposal gave us a professional PDF estimate that was nicely presented to us.

      With that said they did an awesome job, very friendly people and great at following directions.

      We had a move out clean done today and it was awesome.
      When I called the service was very professional and the cleaners were the same. Very nice girls and they did a fantastic job. Price was exactly what they quoted me. Highly recommended

      I had one okay experience with Life Maid Easy and then it went downhill. They pulled a no show, didn't even call or email and I had to contact them and ask if they were coming. I wasted my time going out of my way to be home during the time they were apparently available and I didn't even receive an apology. They have the most frustrating team that does their bookings, you ask for specific dates and they come back to you with completely different dates and times. It's ridiculous. I definitely will NOT be using them again.

      Life Maid Easy did an amazing job cleaning my whole apartment. I had:

      1. My whole house cleaned,
      2. Balcony cleaned
      3. Carpets washed
      4. Upholstery cleaned

      They waited for me to make sure everything was done right. They even left amazing chocolate as a gift.

      LME did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

      Possibly the most disappointing cleaning experience ever.

      For 2 cleaners coming into a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 hours (paid almost $200!), they barely lifted a finger. The previous tenants had moved in such a hurry that they didn't clean up any spills, or wipe anything down so dust and sticky unknowns had accumulated in the solarium and kitchen.

      We paid for the Moving-In/Moving-Out service so it'd be ready before we moved into the apartment.

      From their website: Let us help you alleviate the stresses of moving by making sure your new home is sparkling clean, fresh and nothing less than perfect.

      This is FAR from what we got. In fact, it was the absolute opposite.

      Everything listed that would be done on the website? NOT AT ALL. Baseboards were not cleaned. All sticky residue was left on all counters and floor. Cabinets were as dirty as we found them. Don't even get me started on the stove top. Promises of steam-mopped floors, cleaned mirrors, and tracks were broken.

      Talk about making a stressful move even more stressful.

      Coming back to the apartment, expecting a "sparkling clean, fresh, and nothing less than perfect" feel, only to see it be exactly as dirty as it was when I left and having to clean the whole damn place myself, was juuuuuuuuuuust what I was looking for! THANKS LME.

      If I could give them negative stars - would they be called black holes? - I would.
