I just bought our second, or maybe third, car through Cartelligent in Sausalito. Christian Roettgers was most helpful with finding the car, dealing with my trade in and doing all the paperwork.

And to top it off, our new car was delivered to our home by Jonathan who provided a thorough tutorial on the car features and had us sign the documents in under 30 minutes. He even took our previously leased car to deliver it back to the dealership. I can't imagine the experience being any more seamless. Excellent experience! Worked with Christian Roettgers to locate the make and model I wanted. He and his team quickly found a match and had it reserved for me within a couple days of our first phone call. All of which was a very easy and efficient process. I chose the option to pick up from Cartelligent's office, which was a convenient option for me. Lynette Estrada from the local office made it very easy to work with my schedule. Arrived on the scheduled day and time to find the car ready to go with a big red bow. Completed the paperwork, got a tour of the car's features, and drove away in less than an hour. Highly recommend Cartelligent and will return for my next vehicle purchase.

Christian took my order, keep me posted on the progress, and made it a breeze to pick the car up. David the CEO even stopped by during the delivery to make sure everything was going well.
