Parking attendant was fantastic and allowed my son to use the bathroom which was clean! Way better than the other parking garage I usually park in when in the neighborhood!!

It's been at least 6 years since I came down to Chinatown, and while I normally park in a different garage, this one was much closer to the shop I was headed to.
Location is great, especially if you plan to hit the touristy shops on Grant Ave. Cost was $6 per hour on a Monday, which seemed reasonable for the convenience factor.
The attendant took my key, asked how long I'd be gone, and gave me a ticket stub. When I came back to collect my car, he collected my $6 , gave me my key, and waved me off to where the cars were parked. He did not bring my car to me, but it was easy enough to find because it's not very big where the cars are kept and they park it based on how long you're going to be away, so I just got in the car and pulled right out.
Overall, I would park here againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - friendly d.San Francisco, CA03Apr 25, 2024

Pretty good place for parking. They have attendants there so I feel like it's more secure than a lot of other places. Just a note that you go in and give your keys and they park your car. It's in a good location for Chinatown and north beach.

Wish I can leave no stars here!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK!!!! We parked here and first off all our windows were rolled down and the guy took our keys. When we came back our car was scratched and when we told the attendant he didn't care kept auguring with us and when we showed him that there were no scratches or nothing before we parked there and now there was he still kept auguring with us. We even found the wall that he scratched and showed the paint on the wall and still nothing!! PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

The guy that runs the place is a con artist. He took our rented car and crashed it then claims it wasn't him. while I was trying to leave, he was holding another guys card and wouldn't let him leave. When you try to talk to him he just talks over you. DONT PARK HERE

I wanted to bring my parents to Chinatown just to look around the area since they haven't been there. I didn't realize that the weekend was the Autumn festival and that there were going to be loads of vendors, people, parades and music during the time.
My plan A for parking was occupied, so was plan B and C. Luckily the maps app on the phone lead me to this place. It was close enough where you can wander around Grant.
Quick parking in and out, quick transaction. I wouldn't plan for long term parking, but this as a quick solution will do.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Xinghui H.San Francisco, CA01Jun 19, 2023

Once me and my boyfriend got to this parking garage they seemed to be in a rush and told us to park in front and simply said to give him the key. Then we parked and we're getting our things to head out but once we parked we rolled down the drivers window to speak to him, the man opened the drivers door out of nowhere which we though was very disrespectful and uncomfortable. We told the man to give us a minute to collect our things as he just right away just decided to come open our car door and demand our keys once again. We left and realized we came to the wrong location which we were only gone for 2 minutes and returned to the parking garage and saw our car was still parked in the same exact spot and let them know we got the location wrong then still charged us for a full hour. Although pricing would have been good if we stayed for a few hours, don't come here, they seem to have no manners and still charged although they have still not even moved our car. (update: we let them know we came to the wrong location and were only gone for 2 minutes but we're still charged and they did ask how long but said we would be charged once we come back but we said it was the wrong location yet still we were charged and no they weren't polite or patient as they opened our car door and demanded keys right as we barely parked)

Welcome to Chinatown San Francisco. Whenever a guest comes to the park, the staff will be polite and ask the guest how long to parking, because different guests have different parking times. As for the parking fee, it is calculated by the hour, and the parking garage does not overcharge the guest.

We actually left our keys in the car, and the management placed it somewhere safe for us. We recommend this place!
