Is it worth extra $ to upgrade to the Piazza and Hudson club? What kind of food is available?

      A:

I didn't even realize we were in club level and had access and it was nice to be able to go into your own club area to order food and drink and hang out and have a large seating area.

Citi field is a good time. It's the of the New York Mets.

If you've never been before what sets this stadium apart is the food options. Check out their website, there's so many cuisines. Be warned though the food and drinks here are EXPENSIVE. $18 for a tall boy imported beer?!

Parking on the way in wasn't hard to find a nice spot but it's also EXPENSIVE to park here. $40!

The stadium including the seats are kept clean. Concession areas are kept clean too. The bathrooms were spotless.

Leaving the parking lot was a nightmare though. Almost 45 minutes from keys in the ignition to officially leaving the parking lot. Too many cars leaving at once with no form of lanes to exit.

      All round good time!

Citi Field is very nice, the venue has enough outside room and plenty of access to a variety in choices for transportation within walking distance.
The appearance of the stadium is classic and it's certainly functional.
I liked the staff but many were not well informed about the event happening and even gave incorrect information several times.

Whenever I attend an event at Citi Field, I have a memorable experience. For such a large venue, I'm always surprised by how efficiently this place runs. It isn't easy to prevent chaos while dealing with up to 40,000 people, but somehow they manage to pull it off. Fun fact: Citi Field's capacity is more than twice that of Madison Square Garden, a huge indoor arena. Furthermore, it is one of the only venues in the New York City area capable of seating that many people.

One of the best things about Citi Field is how accessible it is by public transit. The 7 train arrives directly outside the stadium, and after events, there are express trains back to Manhattan (almost serving as shuttles). While trains are extremely crowded late at night, with everyone making their way home at the same time, I typically don't find myself waiting too long to catch a train.

There isn't anything special about the concessions - Citi Field has a variety of vendors to choose from, but prices are ridiculous, as expected. They do allow guests to bring a factory-sealed water bottle up to 20 ounces, however, so I'd recommend doing that to avoid paying exorbitant prices for water.

I have been a Mets fan since the 1960s, and been a regular attendee of games since I moved to New York in 1990
. Our favorite indulgence is a yearly visit to the Hyundai Club luxury box. This year my son bought tickets in April for yesterday's game. This was done through StubHub. It turns out that in July the tickets were resold. Nobody told us, or refunded us. When we called the Mets ticket office on game day we found out the whole story. The ticket man told me in essence "We got our money so we will welcome the people with stolen tickets. You're just out of luck." We'd been looking forward to this the whole summer. Tough.

This was my first time at Citi Field as I was in town on vacation and I have to say I was impressed with everything... except the exiting process. Lol

The stadium was clean from the bathroom to walkways. The employees were helpful in finding our seats. The options of food were typical for a baseball stadium as were the semi-expensive prices. You had a choice of hotdogs, burgers, and chicken tenders. In addition, there was an array of snack option! We went with the frozen Minute-Made Lemonade which was deliciously tart and helped keep us cool before the sun set.

Now, my only complaint was the parking situation. We were parked in section E which was close to an exit. For some reason, the line didn't move for 30 minutes. There were attendants there who were kind and expressed it was out of their control. Eventually, after the intoxicated people were hopping curbs, they did move the barriers to the right and it was a smooth exit after.

Other than that, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend
seeing a concert there if you're ever given the chance!

This is honestly a great venue for a concert. Went twice in three days - Green Day and then Def Leppard. Both great.

Ok, I have a love/hate relationship with this field. Smh. I came here with my best friend to watch the ATZEEN concert and it was pouring. They had multiple lines, and a lot of ppl were confused on what line they should be on. Also, the parking was $60, so definitely park outside and walk in. Smh. Also, the food is all over price, so head to McDonald's and bring food in of possible. They staff was so disorganized and had al ot of ppl waiting in the rain or in the food area before they finally announced that the concert would proceed. The concert itself was 5 star and definitely everyone should experience but if possible visit about concert hall/field for it. Citifield isn't a place I would want to visit again.

Another summer another visit to Citi Field another loss unfortunately however I'm reviewing Citi Field. Arriving at the ballpark the parking is very simple when you come off the Whitestone or Triboro bridge. The parking is right there. By the way, city field is a cashless facility everything is paid by Apple Credit or debit card. From the parking to the concession stand to the souvenirs. So no need to take cash in or around city field. It's a good family day of entertainment when you visit city field prices are very high at the concession stand for one hotdog and french fries of course you a little more than $14. My wife wanted some ice cream that came to $16. The seating well views are excellent all over the stadium. I highly recommend city field if you're a mid go out and support our team. Again, unfortunately they lost yesterday. But it's a good value for your dollar or your credit card debit card.

Great stadium. In anew York get used to $40 parking for baseball games. Good food options. Wish the Mets were playing better this year.

I've been to Citifield many times in the past for mets games. However, tonight I was here for a Green Day concert. What's great about citifield is that it's accessible by subway, LIRR, or car. It was easy getting thru security and finding our seats. There's also plenty of places to grab food & drinks. This was my concert at Citifield and I loved it! The venue isn't as big as MSG where things are barely visible. Hoping to come back soon for a game or concert.
