City Gate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I've been searching for two weeks to find a good carpet cleaning service for after we had all the trades through our place. Everyone values their time so much they forget that customers are king... but this amazing businessman does appreciate the people he's providing a service to! We spoke for about three minutes, negotiated a fair price to both of us and he came when he said he would, and did a fantastic job turning our oh so dirty carpet (from construction dust) back to brand new! He took before and after pictures as requested and sent me a receipt to my phone.

It may be a little thing to some, but to my tenants, who desperately wanted the carpets cleaned on a holiday weekend before their movers arrived, this was a big thing and they are so very grateful; as am I, to keep them happy!

I'm rarely on here providing five stars as so many businesses fail to be consistently good, or just don't live up to the line they're selling.. But this gentleman made me believe that there are still great people out there when you need them! THANK YOU!!!

Azhar is simply amazing and I am very glad to have gone with City Gate Carpet Cleaning for residential carpet cleaning.

First, he is quick to respond either through phone or text and very accommodating. He is able to give you a fair price estimate from a description provided and was able to book a time with flexibility on short notice.

On the day of cleaning, he arrived punctually ready to go. He explained the process to me and kept his price, whereas sometimes some people will change the agreed upon price when they arrive and see the home.

He is an extremely friendly and kind individual and came prepared. A man of many talents he was kind enough to even help me with a miscellaneous task of setting up my light as I wanted to provide him with better lighting for the job.

My carpets were very old from an old building from the 70's that never got professionally cleaned. Stains were deeply embedded and also some we realized was from water and object stains. He was realistic in his assessment of the outcome that it might not be perfect but will be very clean nonetheless and he will do his best. And his best he did. He gave his 120% effort and went above and beyond for me, especially knowing it was my first time getting professional carpet cleaning and did not know much about anything.

He cleaned the heck out of the carpets and was drenched and dripping in sweat by the end. I should have opened the patio door much sooner for him so this was my fault! Nonetheless, he worked his butt off to do the best he could and I was very happy with the result. The carpets were in much better condition and had some semblance of normalcy afterwards!

He gave me so many tips and suggestions in educating me about the carpets and how I can improve the place. He is very knowledgable and definitely experienced.

Most importantly, he is hard-working, honest and truly cares about others, not just as customers, but as humans. I had a difficult situation and he was very compassionate and went the extra mile for me as he knew I needed help.

Even in challenging times, it is very heart warming to meet great people like him.

This company is owner-operated and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The job is always well done at less than half the cost of the big cleaning companies.

My first experience having City Gate Carpet Cleaning come to my then condo in 2010 was in a nutshell; Amazing.
I have since moved to about three different homes over the years and each home i have lived in, I have always called City Gate.
His prices are beyond reasonable and from the first day i met Azhar, i could immediately tell that this person is very serious and knowledgeable about How to Clean Carpets . He has a kind ,sincere attitude and he is always upfront about the cost and i have never been surprised later with a price unlike two different carpet cleaning companys in the past quoted me one price after actually seeing the carpets with me , and then when they were done, they said it was $50 extra!!
I would recommend Azhar from city Gate with no reservations whatso ever . its not only his great customer service skills,his reasonable prices, The job he does after he is done with your carpets or upholstry , i know this sounds corny but you will be speechless(in a good way).thats all im going to say .
