I want to thank Marvin for providing such great service from the moment me and my family walk into the door and leaving with a very nice Certified Used Toyota Venza. He was very friendly, and was very good in explaining the major parts of the car, took us for a test drive and explains how the car work, being it was a Hybrid. I like also that we just spoke with Marvin (1 person) the whole time until we need to sign the papers to purchase the vehicle. The finance manager was also very friendly curteous. I would refer my friends to this dealership. As a good bonus, the dealership provided great coffee and very professional, and clean environement.

Late in the game, (November 2023) but we're very happy with our purchase of our brand new Highlander XSE. It took us a couple of visits to finally make up our mind on what we really wanted. That's when we met our salesman, Mike. He took us to the rooftop and showed us a few suvs and answered some questions for us. We told him we'd be back, and we did!
We originally wanted this specific suv, and City Toyota had it on their website, but not at their location. So Mike went above and beyond to let my fiancé test drive anything we wanted, then went all the way to Oakland Toyota himself to pick up our new Highlander XSE for us.
Mike was very kind, honest, and patient with us throughout the whole car shopping process. (Even with our wild 2 year old running around the whole time). Thanks, Mike and City Toyota! We also love your coffee bar!

Came 15 minutes early. Now 30 minutes past my appointment time. Still not checked in. EXTREMELY poor service.

I absolutely love my BZ4X. I purchased in March and waited a few months to make sure I wasn't delusioned with my purchase. I can honestly say that I love my new EV. When I compare mine with some of my friends who have other brand electric vehicles, mine actually looks BOOM!!!

Aside from how much I love my vehicle, I absolutely loved the service I received when purchasing. I hear from many of my friends that dealership personnel suffer from amnesia after a vehicle rolls off the lot. That wasn't the case with City Toyota.. My sales rep Kate was/is fantastic. She followed up with me a couple times to make sure that I understood all my new features because it's the most sophisticated ride I've driven. (I have a tech savvy husband who loves his gadgets, and even he was appreciative of the follow up .)

Some of the other sales staff like Alex saw my puzzled look when I was looking over the vehicle and gave me some helpful tips on how to enjoy my BZ more. Thank you, Alex.

My finance manager BenGao was so helpful. He explained my purchase from beginning to end. I couldn't have been more relaxed throughout the whole process. Xie xie , Mr. G.

Lastly, the service department also assisted in helping me design the interior that best fits my personality. -Bougie, I've heard. Lol. -In any event, don't just purchase a vehicle, , personalize it. The sales staff suggested I go loud, and I did. BANG!!!

Leon Chu was attentive to the car I was searching for, and gave me an excellent deal. He was patient and walked me through all the details of the car, the warranty, and most importantly, I never felt like I was being upsold or pushed to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend this place!

First time car buyer and my whole experience was amazing!

Went through the Costco Auto program and was referred to Wil Cho at City Toyota. Wil was very informative and pleasant to interact with. We met on Saturday to talk over the car and he was able to reserve an incoming car for me! Car arrived on Tuesday and I came in on Thursday to finalize the purchase. Wil went over everything with me, ensured the car was functioning perfectly and had a full tank before I left the lot!

Estimated time spent on Thursday was ~3 hours including the paperwork and going over the car.

If you're looking for a car - City Toyota is the place to go to! Definitely recommend seeing Wil if you're able to!

This was our first time at City Toyota, but not our first time buying a new Toyota, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a complicated trade-in and refinancing situation, but the managers at City Toyota went above and beyond to help us out. Special thanks to Kate, who guided us through the entire process. By the way, if it matters to you, Kate speaks Russian. Thanks to City Toyota and Kate, we'll definitely be coming back for our next Toyota!
