Worked out! As we were hanging out in the car down there, we noticed a security guard walking around eventually. Good to know there's some presence there. Just wish it was open after midnight.

We always park here when we come to one of the shows nearby. It's huge and pretty cheap considering it is SF. Only $20 for an evening last night.

Note that the elevators to get back down can get really packed after a show is done and you might end up waiting a while. Either leave a few minutes before the show ends to avoid the crowds or kill some time before heading back here.

Pay extra attention to where you are parked and which elevator to take, it can get quite confusing otherwise.

Great parking and the gentleman answering the phone gave us great info for when it closes and how to pay and leave after hours.

Convenient underground parking garage located at Civic Center Plaza. It's not the best looking and could be better maintained (not all the light bulbs over spaces seem to work) but it's functional and we've always felt our vehicle is safe to leave in it. For large events, say at Bill Graham Auditorium, the ticket payment machines do get busy when everyone is trying to leave at the same time, so know there are also ticket payment machines on each level.

Great public garage that's clean, plenty of spaces, easy in & out.

Very reasonable $15 special event rate for opera, symphony, concerts, etc

Good parking. Got to drink beer and smoke weed in peace in the parking lot before a concert so that we didn't have to pay concert prices lol. Cool spot

Came by the other day and it was a decent experience. Entrance to the garage was kind of marked.

My plates were marked on the ticket as I pulled it out of the machine.

The garage was clean and spotless. Parking spaces were on the smaller side.

Elevators were in good working condition, including the stairwells.

There was an employee of some sort at the street level elevator/payment island counter.

Credit cards including NFC cards were accepted. $3/hour weekdays after 3 pm.

I had a great experience parking here while attending a show at Bill Graham.

I was charged a special event flat rate of $28, which is high but definitely beats trying to find street parking around the Civic Center. There was plenty of available parking spots and the garage was well-lit. Staff were present throughout the garage which helped me feel safe late at night. I found out that the garage is open until 2 AM when there are shows at Bill Graham.

I'll definitely park here next time I'm visiting the Civic Center area.

Centrally located to citi hall, theatres and restaurants. Felt safe, well lit, clean and the night we went, they had a $10 event special. Couldn't beat that price for San Francisco parking.
