Finally we found a cleaner, who does a thorough and efficient cleaning in our home. We tried different services within the past 2-3 years and each time we were not satisfied, so we stopped using them. We're very pleased with Maite's work and we use Cleany regularly now. The Manager and Owner are both very responsive as well; I get a quick response when I need to schedule my next appointment or ask something. Maite, our cleaner herself is amazing, pays attention to detail, takes our asks / needs into consideration and she always finishes everything in the shortest time possible. Grateful to have found Cleany to help us keep our home clean.

One cleaner came and did about 4hrs of cleaning including dishes. Not sure if deep clean made huge difference vs standard. It seems cleaner dependent. She was on time and got message prior to arrival.
Probably use the service again. Might try standard cleaning.
I wished they fix their apps. I can't seem to log in on the apps. Tried logging in on website and it doesn't save my payment info, so it seems I have to put in payment info each time making a booking. Reluctant to do bi weekly or weekly cleaning bc I can't seem to log in to reschedule as needed. Hence took out 1 star. Wish it had the Apple Pay options.

Our cleaner did not speak much English but did an incredible and efficient job in just 2.5 hours. She was very accommodating as we were simultaneously organizing and moving several bags of donations out of the apartment. She truly went above and beyond our expectations and we're very satisfied.
The price was more than reasonable for how much was done, especially with the first time promotion, and we will definitely be back. We haven't been able to breathe this easy in a long time!

95237401Jul 11, 2024I'm not really sure about all the 5 star reviews. I needed a deep clean for my apartment due to an incident. For a price of $304 cleany included inside cabinets, refrigerator and they would bring their vacuum cleaner. So I thought for the hefty price it's worth the try. Big mistake. Deep cleaning is only for 4 hours, and this is a sneaky way for them to charge more money. I wish I had gone with any other cleaning service because even with cabinet and refrigerator cleaning add ons, they cost less, but they cover everything! My cleaning professional was a nice lady but she was super slow (not sure if this was intentional) and didn't understand English, I told her to not focus on kitchen cabinets but to deep clean the whole house and if there's time to come back to the cabinets but finish cleaning the refrigerator first. She spent 1.5 hrs only on my kitchen! Then, she used my vacuum cleaner (until the battery was out). Then, she proceeded with the vacuum she brought. I have no idea why. My bedroom was not fully cleaned due to the lack of time. Not vacuumed under the bed. Furniture behind the couch was left dusty. So many unfinished work. It was just regular cleaning, not a deep clean. If I paid for a regular cleaning with them and they left my apartment like this, i would've said they did an amazing job. But for deep clean and the price, it was a half-baked job and not worth it. I'm fully disappointed. Won't be returning
