I called and had the pleasure of working with Sasha who streamlined our transportation needs immediately and offered great options that not only met our needs but exceeding them!!! We scheduled 2 vehicles for our Daughters Wedding. A Sprinter Van for the bridal party and family transportation and a Stretch Limo for the "newlywed getaway car".
They customized a personal message on each vehicle and were extremely attentive to detail making our transportation needs part of the surprises and celebrations for our daughter!!!
Faisal and Wayne were our drivers. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and professionalism as they were always one step ahead, anticipating needs and flexible. They reached out immediately to introduce themselves prior to arrival with their contact info., they arrived early and truly turned "transportation" into wonderful and memorable experiences on such a special day!!!

To make things even better they offered us a complimentary upgrade from 14 passenger shuttle to a Sprinter Limo party bus which made the experience even more memorable for our alumni. We were well taken care of by our driver Gesirus. Thank you to the Code 3 Transportation team for taking care of us today and making our day feel special.

I would give Code 3 a 10-star rating if I could. They were fantastic right from the start through the end, and they made our event go smoothly. The person booking our shuttle was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. She was very accurate with all of our booking information and the follow through from the entire staff was fantastic. Our driver was superb. He was very thorough, drove safely, stayed in contact, and took great care of our guests.

And they would not take his credit card number over the phone. It led to a very frustrating experience. Why do you need a DL or Copy of the card on file to make an online reservation for a car service. Ended up reserving an Uber both ways, at 1/3 of the price. Was excited to find and try an alternative local company to our standard Black Tie option, but the insistence we upload copies of information my father was uncomfortable with really left for a poor experience.

We understand there was some confusion regarding our booking process and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, as our priority is always to ensure a secure and seamless experience for all our customers.
Regarding your situation, we have a strict policy in place to verify the identity and ownership of the payment method provided, which is crucial for both your safety and the company’s.
We understand the frustration when there's a need for additional documentation, especially on short notice and appreciate your efforts to provide your father's information for billing. However, our system requires that the submitted information matches the name on the payment card and the accompanying identification.
In an effort to accommodate your booking and address this matter promptly, we offered the option of visiting our office to present the card and ID physically. Additionally, alternative payment methods such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo were suggested as convenient alternatives.
I want to clarify that this procedure is in place not to inconvenience our customers but to safeguard against potential fraudulent activities. Unfortunately, last-minute bookings have, in the past, raised concerns about unauthorized card usage and chargebacks. We aim to maintain the highest level of security for all our customers.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we will review our processes to see if there are ways we can make this verification more user-friendly without compromising security.

The driver was wonderful and everything went off without a hitch. We are also offered a big bus they had a available for no additional charge but we didn't more room so declined. The fact they had our trip in mind and wanted to make it best as possible was much appreciated. We would definitely use them again!

326431366Feb 22, 2022We booked with Code 3 Limousine & Transportation for a wine tasting day for a birthday celebration (thank you for the birthday balloon). Booking was easy and responses were quick.
Steve was our driver and we thought he was extremely professional and got us everywhere we needed to be on time and safely. He even gave us a friendly reminder when we our reservation was going to begin so we didn't miss it.
