COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Vancouver

Mixed bag. Had two services. Duct cleaning guy did a great job and was professional and friendly. Carpet guy treated my house as though it stood between him and his first beer. Rushed and did and overall crappy job. They won't clean my carpets again.

We had a very bloody incident with one of the bedroom rugs. It was too much for me to clean up myself. So, I decided to go with Coit to clean the area because I have heard so many good things about the company. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and courteous. From the gentleman on the phone, to Don who came and inspected it and especially Melissa who did the work.

I really didn't think all the blood would completely disappear, but in less than an hour, Melissa had done such a wonderful job that you wouldn't have guessed that there was once a huge bloody area there before.

Everything was done so quickly and efficiently that I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service from initial phone contact - sales rep Sandy and their senior technician Kevin B - the couch and chair look brand new. All friendly, professional and true to their word . No up selling - in and out in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services!

Absolutely amazing carpet cleaning experience today with Kevin B, senior technician. We are long-time Coit customers, but took a break due to Covid and our carpets really needed help. Kevin B came today to check the work of a newer technician and WOW! Our carpets look great. Thanks Kevin B for saving the day! We remain loyal Coit customers!!

I had Coit come by my house today to clean my stair runner and my big sectional couch. I've used them before, as well as another big carpet cleaning company, and I have found Coit to be the best for this work.

Booked appointments is easy, they are punctual and show up when they say they will. Today two people came (one seemed to be in training), which made it even more efficient. Both guys were really friendly, respectful, and clear about the work they were doing.

The results were great! It had been too long since I had had my white carpet and white couch cleaned (thanks to a certain pandemic), and they managed to restore both to looking almost new again.

Their rates are not cheap, but I think they're worth it based on the quality of service and the results. I'll definitely use them again.

Don't use a regular dry cleaner to save money. Coit does care about the quality of the work they do. If you have larger widths of drapery, find a commercial cleaner with pressing machines.
Coit did our drapery pressing by hand which by and large did a good job, but I was expecting our drapery to look like new.

The worst customer service! I got my blinds professionally cleaned and they didn't install them back properly and lost a part on my blinds. They said they would replace it but it'll take 3 weeks for them to come examine the situation and then another 2 weeks to replace the part. WTF? Never again.

COIT was the only company that actually got back to me. Don and Nolan were very nice and polite, and they gave me as best of an answer as they could about various questions I had. In talking to Nolan, I ultimately did not have the service preformed as it's out of our budget, but the time and energy that both men spent deserves a 5star review.

If we decide to pursue services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate using COIT.

We had a quote for 3 rugs and our sofa - have the actual quote in writing for 900 something and once finished the sales person is telling us that it should be 1500 ish and they keep harassing us - to be honest with the exception of one rug the work was not great either...

Scope of job: two sofas, one armchair and 4 dining chairs.
2 men came, on time. Job was done in approx 2 hours, uneventful.
They spilled hot water on the hardwood floor, fortunately they saw it and vacuumed it; not so lucky was a small chinese silk carpet which was moved out of the way. Unfortunately, some of the water/detergent got on it and made a bleached spot on it. We only realized the damage the next day.
Now to the point: the larger (and more expensive) sofa and armchair and small head rest now look 10 years older (we purchased them from EQ3 four years ago). One of the cushions has a big discolouration and the general fabric looks as if it has been washed with dirty water. The headrest still shows the very same stains. Very very disappointing result.
Calling COIT yesterday the many 'sorries' were joined by the disclaimer that not all spots can be removed. I was told that nobody would be available to look at the problem until the end of October.
So much for customer service!
