We used Condor Hauling and Demolition to remove our deck and pergola structure. Every step of the way, they were the utmost professional. I received a quote quickly and I found it to be very fair to both demolish and haul away everything. The owner got us scheduled right away and confirmed a few days before. The team did an outstanding job removing everything and afterwards even swept / cleaned up our whole walkway - talk about going above and beyond! I highly recommend this company for any of your demolishing needs!

I am having a new kitchen island installed and needed the current one removed. I called Murillo and he told me he could do it later that day. When I got home from work the island was gone and the electrical wiring had been capped. They left a spotless kitchen floor which is important to me since I have two young kids. I couldn't ask for a more efficient, professional, and well-priced service.

Very good experience. They were very responsive to my initial request for a quote, and were by far the cheapest. Excellent communication beforehand, and they were able to show up the day after we spoke. They were very punctual, very courteous, and careful with the demolition of the pergola on our back patio. The work was completed in just about 3 hours, and there was no mess afterwards. Communication continued to be excellent afterwards as we asked for a slight modification in the wording of the invoice, which was done immediately. If we have more demo work in the future, we'll definitely go with Condor again!

Quickly responded to my enquiry. Sent photos and they made an initial quote. They came out -- right on time -- to look at the large structure in my backyard that I wanted removed. They re-quoted (this time even less), which was 1/2 of what I was quoted by another firm. We set a date and they were on time, sent about 4 people since there wasn't room to bring a Bobcat into the backyard, and they went about to tear down the building piece by piece. They were very efficient, clean and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Condor again in the future. Very pleased with their work.

We contacted Murillo after getting a couple of quotes to demolish and remove two fountains, one from our front patio and one from our back yard. The front fountain was on a slanted platform and so required some additional work to reorganize the stonework underneath to make it even while covering up the old fountain's water tube. We also had a bunch of broken and left-behind doors and other miscellany that the prior owners of our house left behind when they moved that we had Murillo haul away for us.

After reaching out on Request-A-Quote, Murillo promptly came out and took a look at the project and we discussed how best to handle it. He gave me a very competitive quote and quick timeline to get the work done. His worker came out the following week, arrived right on time (even a little early) and got right to work, demolishing and hauling away the fountains and cleaning up the space after he finished. We had originally budgeted two days for the job but everything was completing in one day.

Murillo came by our house later that evening to inspect the work that was done with me. There were a few very minor additional tasks (cleaning some additional concrete off and sealing off the tube where the fountain's water source had been) that I asked him to handle and after discussing, his worker came back the next day and took care of everything.

I was very impressed by Murillo's responsiveness, professionalism and follow-through on the job. He really made me feel like my business was important to him and I would definitely use him again for future projects.

Murilo and his company did some demo work in our yard. They were quick to respond, came exactly on time, were available to work on the following days when the scope expanded, gave solid advice and did a great cleanup work! I'm very happy with the results.
