      Julie was a great resource to us during a pandemic purchase of a high end dishwasher (a Miele) that was near impossible to get due to supply chain realities and she helped us to resolve tricky kitchen "fit" issues, in which we had a smaller than usual dishwasher opening due to earlier construction issues.

      Julie does all her business right now (during COVID) by phone, so be sure to call or email. Julie held steady and with patience our ordered dishwasher made it through stockpiles of containers and into her warehouse and she connected us with a good resource for our tricky install, & it all came together.

      Normally, Julie works with contractors on kitchen remodel projects, but she really came through for us on this tough issue and we are grateful.

      I went here to ask some questions about buying a new 24 convection range. We got there on a Saturday - Sign on doors says:

      OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

      so don't expect anyone there if you swing by to take a look.

      So happy my sister recommended Julie! Seriously, take the time to make the appointment and chat with Julie to discern what it is you really want. She spent over an hour talking through options with me for a kitchen remodel.

      During our whole conversation, she never upsold anything - her main focus was matching me with the appliances that best met my needs. Julie's attentiveness didn't stop after I placed the order - she followed up regarding delivery/questions as well! The delivery folks she contracts with showed up within their scheduled time period. I can't say enough good things about Julie and Contractors Appliance Source!

      Julie is as great as everyone says!

      We're remodeling and stopped in just to get some information. She gave a lot of tips and helped us to narrow down some things we were unsure about. That in itself deserves this five star review.

      Need a new major appliance? Don't bother going anywhere else. No need to read endless online reviews, futilely trying to understand the real differences among different features, warranties, energy efficiency ratings, and other arcana. Just call Julie at Contractors Appliance.

      My old Miele washer died, but not its matching dryer. Another Miele? Some less expensive brand? What would match my remaining dryer? The should-be-excellent-for-the-price folks at Miele Concierge gave me the wrong information. But Julie steered me in the right direction, figuring out the extra parts that were necessary to get the new to cooperate with the old, something the Miele people couldn't do for me. So now I have a new washer without having to replace my dryer, which will probably last another ten years.

      Julie offered a wealth of useful information, matched the price I would've gotten going direct through Miele, found the workaround solution, ordered the necessary parts, and then gave me the parts order for free.

      She's now my first and only stop for major appliances, and she should be yours, too.

      Julie helped me find a replacement dishwasher for a non-conforming cabinet space that could not be altered. She asked a few questions, took the specs and went off and found a solution. A well-priced solution, no less. Awesome customer service! We will definitely return the next time we need to purchase a new appliance.

      I love this place! Julie and Albert has always steered me to the perfect appliances that is the perfect fit for me and my family . Our needs were simple, we want something that will last, looks good and affordable. Our budget was not as big as I would have liked, but I had chosen appliances that was right for the kitchen and with one splurge of course. We purchased everything from hood, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and so many other items (even bathroom accessories and garbage disposal)....but the best purchase was the coffee maker.

      The Miele coffee machine was my biggest purchase. It's the one that you put some beans, water, close the door and poof, I have delicious espresso! Well worth it's price,(my husband hem and hawed at first but mathematically it works out that we paid off the machine in a few years instead of paying for Cafes expensive lattes and espressos.) Pete's and Martha's only get me to purchase beans now and we have save money. We did have to order cleaning tablets and such from the manufacturer when the provided supply ran out. And since we have had the machine for 8 years the repair folks have come few times for maintenance. I think it's worth it since the machine gets used morning, noon and nights. More on the weekends. Yes my name is Marie and I am a coffee-holic.

      Since 2003 we have sent our families and friend there and they have received the same great service and durable appliances.

      We are now on our second remodel. And slowly going through the appliance list one appliance at a time...we got a Miele dishwasher the other day and it is fabulous! I can't wait to get my stove, ovens and hoods when the remodel happens...but until then I have taken the Miele machine with me to the new home and yes it's still providing me with the perfect cup of coffee.

      If you haven't seen the store, do yourself a favor and check it out!!!! No other place will give you the personalize service this place gives.

      Julie is wonderful!

      I called her store looking for a replacement undermount GE Monogram microwave. Julie's prices are comparable with other retailers, but she is SO much more helpful and informative. If you have questions, it's super easy to shoot Julie an email and you'll get a response lickety-split.

      I had issues with the mounting kit, that she agreed was expensive. I informed her that that the mounting kit didn't match up with the new alignment on the new microwave model. She confirmed my issue, said no problem, and let me bring it back to return. Awesome customer service.

      If I have to get new appliances in the future, Julie will be the one I call.

      Julie was so helpful! I was in a pickle for an inspection and needed a backsplash on my stove to pass our inspection after a remodel. Julie was able to provide me one with no questions asked. Next time I'm in the market for an appliance, this will be my first stop! Thank you, Julie, for being so wonderful! A+++++++++ Customer service!

      Our review is based on the exceedingly poor customer service experience. Very high prices and product problems aside, it's the WAY that a business treats you that is a priority to us, and we would never return to this spot despite its close proximity to our house. It's a shame not to be able to have friendly and long-term relationships with your local vendors, which is what we'd hoped.

      Specifically, after the sales interaction that was fine, we experienced delays more than double what was promised, and a strange lack of follow up. We received a damaged appliance twice (the first time it was returned before making it into our house), and when we called about returning it the second time after unwrapping and installing it, the folks at CAS promised that touch-up paint could be obtained if we kept it. Months later when we tracked them down (and when it was too late to return it) a staff person confessed that they only had a "similar" paint that would not match. To top it off we feel we got a lot of unnecessarily rude and defensive attitude from the staff, who cut us off during phone calls, etc. When you pay top dollar for things you hope at the very least you get nice respectful service with time for communicating and making an effort. The experience was bizarre. We can't possibly be the only people to whom this occurred, and recommend you don't risk it.

      (PS: on the question of the wheelchair access, it's a street level biz so in theory it's possible, but most of the showroom floor is likely far too crowded--into tiny little aisles--to move past the immediate entrance)
