Costi's Appliance Repair

Excellent communication. Visit was in time. Super courteous and meticulous. I really appreciate the initial transparency in letting me know if my issue could or could not be fixed. And then when I thought I had a different concern with my Oven, Costi stuck around to trouble shoot and it seems I don't have a problem with my small oven. Thank you and I highly recommend.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator was warm. Dr Google online indicated that it might be a control board and the swap didn't look that difficult. Fortunately I was given Costi's name by our contractor. Turned out it was build up of ice inside, and dust outside that was the issue. No part needed. Had him fix my ice maker while he was there. On the business side, Sue was great to work with. She kept me updated on when they were going to be there, and followed up a week after to make sure everything was working. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Truckee area.

When I called, even though they discovered that we didn't live in their service area, they took a considerable amount of time to help diagnose the problem with my refrigerator over the phone and to offer me suggestions! Wow! Really wish I was in their service area...would use them for sure.

Our freezer was icing up. Costi quickly diagnosed a faulty water line valve, ordered a replacement and installed it. It took longer than he expected but did not charge us for the overrun. Very professional and highly recommended.

I called to request non urgent service at 9:45AM. for a Kenmore dryer that was "squeaking". Costi was here by 10:15AM, had it diagnosed and part replaced and completely repaired by 10:45. Extremely efficient, neat, explaining the steps he followed. Will not hesitate to use again.

Had a dishwasher choke on the way out of town and needed quick resolution. Costi's came to the rescue. Sue was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Costi was communicative, pleasant and demonstrated expertise (+ 4 paws up from our dog). He diagnosed the issue, had the parts on the truck, replaced it quickly, documented it well and the price was as expected. Thank you Costi's!

I am so thankful to Costi`s for their great service. They`ve now helped me out on two separate occasions to help repair our dishwasher and most recently a dryer issue. They are so friendly and accommodating. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your appliances are up and running. They are also so trustworthy that I feel very confident having them take care of things when I am not home. They are absolutely me go to for any appliance issue.

Costi and Sue are amazing and run a fantastic business. They are my go to when an appliance fails in one of our vacation rentals.
