I wanted to give Courtesy Cleaners a shot and I think you should too!

I'll begin by saying the staff I interacted with were all extremely nice and I felt they cared about me as a customer and the clothes I brought in. They were able to clean and press my suit in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. I'll definitely come back for more service needs from them!

Service was great and felt very personal. Price is reasonable for the area. Turnaround was quick

We've tried this place out for a couple different items.
Pros: They did a great job with dry cleaning and pressing dress pants, sweaters and shirts without stains.
Cons: They did a 2 star job on a tie, mainly because they didn't press the tie correctly after cleaning. It looks unpressed in some areas and pressed at the wrong angle in others. Would not trust for tie cleaning in the future.

A great place to take your things for your dry cleaning/professionally washing needs. They do a great job tailoring too - I took multiple pants during my pregnancies, and recently got one jean hemmed with an inner slit (which is not easy). The cherry on top is that they are a mom and pop shop, and the owner, Ann is very kind, cheerful, and empathetic. Thank you for the years of service!

I've been coming to this location for years and the quality of service has been phenomenal. Ann is very sweet and great with her customers, and it helps that she is a veteran herself, so she has great familiarization with military uniforms. It's been a great way to save time from having to shop for items like ranks and service strips which she readily has available.
I would recommend to EVERYONE!

I needed my Army Service Uniform tailored and put together since the pieces I received from Marlow White required sewing. I was recommended by a friend from my unit here in Mountain View and I was impressed with the quality of the service I received and the end result of my uniform.

Ann did a great job fitting the uniform and doing minor adjustments even on the day I picked it up. I required a quick turnaround for my uniform as the shipping was delayed and they were able to get it squared away in just a couple of days. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for both my military and civilian tailoring needs.

I came by in September 2021 to get my husband's dress shirt and tie dry cleaned. The last time he wore it was for an event in December 2020 (ah, pre-pandemic gatherings). The collar of his shirt had some sweat stains and the tie had some oil stains from food. I showed the items to Ann and she said it wouldn't be a problem to get out the stains.

I believe getting both items dry cleaned was approximately $12. Ann asked me to pay cash upfront, which I was fine with since it wasn't a high amount. Normally I'd prefer to pay after completion of services. I wanted to support local small businesses and was happy to pay with cash instead of credit card.

I dropped off the items on a Saturday afternoon and they were ready by the following Wednesday. I think if you were in a hurry, you could probably pay a fee for expedited services. I will likely come back to get other things dry cleaned if needed since this is in a convenient location with fair pricing.

They are really great about alterations and dry cleaning. They do a good job with alterations for military uniforms.

This is one of those amazing local businesses which deserves more support. The owners, and anybody who man Steve front desk are always super, super friendly and put a smile on my face every time I visit. Also, prices are very reasonable and service is very good.
