This is a comment that has been simmering for years. I retained Dan Beatty back in 2006 when I had a car accident and we filed a claim with the insurance company of the party at fault. Dan was patient, fair, honest, smart and fought hard and skillfully for my case. I probably had more than a standard share of questions and there was no lack of nuance in the details he provided. I have been fortunate of not needing to engage with another attorney since this case, but have always considered Dan Beatty my go to person in the event that I need counsel again. Highly recommend.
