Delta High End Appliance Repair

We have had great service twice. First time was right before Christmas and Jim fixed our American Range oven in time for holiday baking.
Second time it stopped working 2 1/2 years later.... right before 4th of July weekend. Jim was able to come and fix it July 3.

I have been working with Delta for a year and they are my go to appliance vendor! Boris is very knowledgeable in all things appliance related and he takes the time to explain the repairs. Miele dishwasher malfunctioned (drain/intake error light). I called Delta, they scheduled me up for a few days later. The service tech showed up 5 min. early and quickly diagnosed the problem. The tech, Jim, was very professional and nice. I'll be happy to use them again.

Jim was very prompt and efficient and solved the problem quickly for our Wolfe stove.

Super pleased with my overall experience. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and got my Bertazzoni range to run efficiently again (replaced ignition and flame sensor, repaired loose door handle). The company is super responsive, costs are reasonable and they stand behind their work with a one year warranty. Highly recommended.

Boris is an absolute professional, dedicated to delivery excellent quality service. His associate, Jim, is similarly dedicated to taking care of the customer. Boris has repaired my old dishwasher twice, and when it was time for a new dishwasher, he did a superb job installing the new one. Always a pleasure, always on time -- a true professional. I love my Blue Star range but I've had to replace the oven igniter three times in the last three years. The previous repair person I used told me that this wasn't unusual with the " home professional " ranges. So this time I decided to try someplace new and called Delta. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day and the technician, " Jim ", arrived promptly. When he gave me the estimate quote, it was significantly higher than I'd paid before, but, since you have to pay $85.00 for the service call, I went ahead with the repair. Jim agreed that the newer models of these type of ranges all have this same problem, but he actually had an installation modification to try in order to maximize the life of the new igniter. That impressed me, as well as his testing to confirm his diagnosis and the attention to detail he gave the new installation. Delta also gives a one year warranty. I'm thinking now that " you get what you pay for " and I hope I'm right!
