      Bottom line: if you're having a problem with an appliance, call Boris.

      Boris is the best. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience I've had with Boris and Delta High End Appliance Repair. Bottom line: Delta showed up and fixed my Bluestar stove when other appliance repairmen couldn't - and he did it at a fraction of the cost.

      I've never actually written a Yelp review before, but Boris' combination of responsiveness, professionalism, and sheer generosity meant that I feel like I have to recommend him. Boris showed up promptly, was incredibly accommodating when I was forced to cancel an appointment with no notice, and fixed my problem on the spot.

      As context, my Bluestar Platinum range was having trouble lighting the oven and broiler, and I called several different repair companies. Boris' competitors couldn't diagnose the problem and recommended ordering several hundred dollars of new parts. Boris came out and immediately understood the problem. In less than 10 minutes he was able to diagnose, fix the problem, gave me advice on how to stop the problem from returning, and left me with a fully functioning range.

      It is not an exaggeration to describe this as the best experience I've ever had with any sort of repair/maintenance service. The next time I have a problem, I'll be calling Boris without hesitation.

      This business is a SHAM. They come out, collect $ for the visit that they say they'll put towards the repair, but then never follow up with quote or service. So basically, $130 for a 15 min visit where they confirmed what I already knew- that my washing machine was leaking. I asked for Boris, I got Nick- this place is a freaking racket. RUN, do not walk, away from these hucksters.

      My 4/6/24 review is 100% true and accurate. Since then, Morris has continued to call my wife, requesting that the review be removed.

      Hey Boris, you know my number, call me anytime.


      Boris's technician diagnosed the problem with our Meli dishwasher without even opening the bottom compartment. According to their diagnosis, a replacement Miele Drain Pump assembly was needed, costing a whopping $594.86. On top of that, they charged a $130 service call fee just for the diagnosis.

      However, before committing, I sought a second opinion from another appliance repair service. Their technician took a more thorough approach, performing a visual inspection and then accessing the bottom compartment by removing dishwasher shelves and spray arms. They found that the issue was simply debris buildup, which they efficiently removed, completely resolving the problem.

      When I confronted Boris about the misdiagnosis and requested a refund for the service call fee, he explained that doing so would "economically affect his service technician."

      My experience was not good at all. A service technician came out to look at my washing machine and said he fixed it, but when I went to use it the next morning, the same issue was occurring. So I called to see whether I could get another technician to come back out, and thought it would be reasonable to ask for the service fee to be waived since the issue wasn't fixed.

      Boris, the owner, got on the phone and was nothing short of rude and hostile, and borderline a bully. He was unempathetic to the situation and insisted that another service call wasn't needed, that he could just write up an estimate and send it for my approval. Which was confusing -- either the technician knew there was a problem and didn't fix it properly, or they were just going to guess at the issue and charge me as they do it.

      Same as a previous reviewer mentioned -- I never got the estimate. Which is fine -- I moved on and found another company that came out and gave me an actual diagnosis and fixed the issue. Based on the recent reviews, it seems like people either have 5 star experiences or 1 star experiences. Chalk this up to money that I wish I didn't spend, but hoping this review will help others.

      There are not enough stars to tell you how wonderful Boris is. From the moment he walked in the door he was so professional. He took his time, was very particular in as he put covers on his shoes every time he came in. He made sure everything was working perfect before he left. I have never had such great service like this before! Thank you for your business!

      I have been working with Delta for a year and they are my go to appliance vendor! Boris is very knowledgeable in all things appliance related and he takes the time to explain the repairs. I have never learned so much from a vendor before. Jim and Andrei are wonderful as well! I highly recommend using Delta High End Appliance Repair

      First of all, I rarely wrote reviews but my experience with this company particularly the owner "Boris" has been so bad that I thought I should do the right thing and warn other people about this company. My outdoor Viking fridge stopped working. I looked at the good reviews for this company and decided to give them a try since my last appliance service company stopped supporting Viking appliances. Their technician Jim showed up for a diagnostic visit which I got charged for of course and said that he would give me a call to discuss different options. The owner gave me a call then and said that we could repair or replace and that he would give me a quote for each solution. We talked again and he gave me a verbal quote for each. I asked him to send me a quote in writing so I could see the difference the price between repair or replace and discuss the options with my husband since the cost for either was very high. He agreed to do so but never sent one to me in writing. I had to call them multiple times and when I finally got the owner Boris on the phone he said ( with an attitude) that he had already given me a quote on the phone and that I never moved forward with it and that's why nothing ever happened??? I reminded him that I asked for written quotes which he never provided. He promised again to send me a written quote but then added, oh, it's been 4-5 months and that the price has gone up at least 10% since last time we talked! Outrageous. Clearly this company is too busy or incompetent to to the actually work but doesn't want to loose potential business so they run you around in circles and then increase the price claiming that you took too long to decide!!! And that's maybe why they don't send written quotes so they can change it whenever that want. Instead of doing the honorable thing and saying sorry we are too busy to solve your problem, Call someone else!! I could've had saved myself months of waiting and inconvenience and got another company to fix or replace this fridge for us. Now, I have to start all over.
      Stay away from this business. Boris is dishonest, arrogant and lacks basic customer service skills. I have used many difference appliance service companies and Delta has so far been the worst. I'm using Master Appliance to do this repair now even though I already paid Delta and Boris for the service call and was prepared to give them the job to replace or repair this outdoor Viking fridge. Waste of my money, and a total of waste of my time!

      We have used Delta High End Appliance Repair a couple times when our Wolf range needs repairs. Boris has always been great to work with. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. Prices are definitely high but service of high end appliances are always expensive. The important thing is he will get to you quickly and he will get your very expensive appliance back on the job fast.

      Boris clearly like high end cooking machinery, and spends a lot of time with it. He's also timely, courteous, and efficient.

      He quickly identified and fixed the issue with our BlueStar range, and offered great advice on the type of hood we need.

      We also ogled pictures of a $100,000 range, just for kicks.

      Boris was great! He didn't make me feel bad about my dirty oven (unlike another repair guy who showed up!) and he opened everything to help me clean it (glass and under carriage and all). He even cleaned a lot of it himself (as I was on a conference call and multi-tasking). He was very knowledgeable about the products he services and the appropriate cleaning approach for them. He was also one of the only companies I could find to service my Italian range, a Bertazonni. Very glad I have his number on hand if something comes up again!
