Dennis is legit. What I thought might be new gas furnace installation, turned into a simple problem fixed in 20 minutes. Honest, experienced, knowledgeable and on time.

We had 2 old wall heaters in our in-law apartment that we asked Dennis to diagnose. He was able to fix one issue on the spot and gave a quote to fix the second one. He was transparent, letting me know the best strategy to ensure safety and efficiency. He didn't push for upgrades although when prompted, he agreed that our furnace wasn't the best quality. I'll be calling Dennis to optimize our heating soon!

I had an issue with my wall heater, and I could not have found a man with more integrity to do the job. He was accommodating with my schedule, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and safety checked everything. He even made adjustments to save me costs with gas usage, and is an overall professional and kind individual. He will not overcharge you and you'll be glad you gave him a call!

Dennis was great at fixing our broken furnace at the end of the holiday weekend. He came out super quickly, was friendly and professional, quickly identified the source of the problem and fixed it, and went above and beyond (even changed the batteries on our beeping carbon monoxide alarm we hadn't been able to find!). We are so happy to have a warm house again!

Dennis is a true master of his craft and some proprietor of his business. I was lucky to catch him when my furnace started acting up; he managed to make it over the same day.

He's a skilled listener, both to his customers and the various sounds an HVAC system might make. He fixed my issue, and made sensible advice on what to invest in (and not invest in). He also takes pride in details, and found some additional loose ducting downstream of the furnace and taped it up to improve air loss. Left furnace in better shape than before it broke.

Dennis and Moses, were extremely professional, delivered the product and services that were in the service agreement, and gave me some educational-preventative maintenance tips to prolong my heater.
