Direct Airport Service

Used the service for the first time a week ago and very happy with the experience. I literally called the same day for service to SFO and they were able to accommodate me. The owner arrived to pick me up on time and was very friendly and professional. Additionally, I requested to be picked up upon my return and the driver was there waiting with the same professionalism and friendliness that was displayed previously. I highly recommend anyone needed airport transportation to use their service. Great people, clean and nice cars.

Long over due review, these folks have never disappointed in 1/2 dozen airport runs to both SFO and OAK.

Da Scene: Call or email before your trip, they can accommodate last minute booking, but try to book a day in advance. They have several vehicles, let them know how many passengers, accurate count/size of luggage and departure time.

Da Service: They normally arrive 10-15 minutes early to load luggage etc. Vehicles have been clean and comfy, water available as well. Couple of times we were in peak traffic, alternate routes were taken and we stayed on schedule.

Da End Game: They drop-off and pickup in the limo service areas at the airports, so no rushed drop-offs or pickups. As mentioned their timing has always been good, friendly but not overly chatty, and always great communications.

We used this service in the past, their service was excellent, upon our return trip they picked us up from SFO. Planning on booking them again. Very pleasant, prompt and reliable. I highly recommend their service.

Polite, professional and efficient. I told the lady on the phone that I had a previous bad experience with a different taxi service and she made sure to not only confirm with me the day before, but the driver would also call me beforehand to double confirm he was coming. That was reassuring. On the day of the ride the driver called, was early, and was very professional and pleasant and got me to my destination seamlessly. I would use them again.

Saywe was very professional. I emailed her my flight information and she confirmed by email the pick-up time. She showed up at my door right on time, 6:30am. The car was clean (inside and out). Saywe was a very safe driver.

On my return flight, I was able to catch an earlier flight home (earlier by 1 hr). I was nervous that they might not get my message in time, but Saywe called me back right away and was very flexible. She picked me up at the arrivals area without much waiting (i was standing by the curb for only 5 minutes!).

Midnight hours? 10 mins later? It was 9:12 PM EST. Not midnight as you falsely stated. I didn't hear anything an hour later and texted the reply. Well, you don't have to worry about my business EVER again.

I hired Direct Airport Service to transport my family to and from a brunch for my Mother's 80th Birthday. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Very responsive, on time, clean new vehicles, and very helpful with my elderly parents and family. They will certainly be my go to transportation service in the future.

We have used this service twice now, and have been very pleased. But our most recent experience was EXCEPTIONAL. We were delayed 4 hours by a snowstorm in Newark. We gave our driver the wrong flight number by accident. Despite that, the driver checked on our flight number on her own, then arrived at the expected arrival time (10 PM), only to learn once she was at the airport that the flight would be VERY late. (She was told the flight would not arrive util "after midnight," meaning at least a 2 hour wait.) It turned out we were not done with collecting our luggage until 2 AM (another glitch -- the airline misplaced a whole cart of luggage). Nonetheless, she was there for us, cheerfully so, and promptly drove us home (an hour drive) in a driving rain storm.

We strongly recommend this company -- a mom & pop operation that is courteous, responsible, professional, and very competitively priced.

What a great service received here. They were on time on the occasions we hired them to drop off and pick up from airport. They were very nice, polite and professional.

My review and experience is based on dealing with Mrs. Singh.

My sister in law was to drive my daughter and I to the airport but the day before something came up. Mrs. Singh had driven her sister to the airport a few months prior so she called her. Mrs. Singh was available and gave us the information of the car she would be in (Lincoln Town Car) and time. She was very friendly and we talked some and had quiet time on the way to the airport. We were quite early as she didn't want to chance getting stuck in traffic which I appreciate as I am the same way.

Returning home the Saturday before Easter close to midnight again my sister in law wasn't able to make it and called me after calling Mrs. Singh close to 8:30 PM for the pickup. She again was available and as I was looking for her phone number she called and said she was waiting very closeby (as security doesn't tolerate you sitting in passenger pickup area) and would be there in less than 5 minutes. Sure enough, she was there very promptly and it was so nice to sit back and relax as I had some medical issues while gone and pretty bad pain in my leg. Again, she was very friendly and asked how our Karate tournament in Las Vegas was. It is always nice when someone remembers you and something personal to relate to.

I would highly recommend this service if you are ever in need of transportation to the airport.

I just got back from SF Airport. I called Mrs. Singh from Direct Airport Service to take me and pick me up. She was on time, answered the phone every time I called and was pleasant in two hours of rush hour traffic driving me home. She has picked me up in the AM hours a few times and is always right on time. You will be happy with her and her husband's service.
