Best Junk Removal ever!! First company ever to actually be ready right on time! Mitchell speaks perfect English which made it easier to make sure there were no mistakes than in the past with another company. Mitchell and Eduardo were so careful moving our stuff out not hitting the sides of anything, taking off shoes on our new rug. They helped to shift our couch and table and were so patient with our indecisiveness. Love that this is a locally owned business- you can tell by the ease and responsiveness of scheduling (and when we needed to reschedule). Great pricing as well!l, very fair and no surprises!

Mitchell and Julio from Direction Junk Removal are amazing. They responded to a text (found them on Craigslist) and were at my home in San Francisco an hour. Ninety minutes later they had removed ~ 10 bags of yard debris and had raked and fully swept our backyard and deck. Their rates were fair, especially given the quick turnaround and how efficient they are.

They were courteous, hard working and paid attention to detail. I'm looking forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing junk or debris removal!

We needed furniture removal from two locations. I wasn't there when they did the removal but my in laws were super happy with the results. They said everyone was respectful of the house, efficient and reasonably priced. I only scheduled for one house but they were able to accommodate junk removal from the second location. They did a great job, were quick to respond, super friendly. Everything went very smoothly and they cleaned/swept our patio prior to leaving.
