I have used them two times since I have found them here.

First time was cleaning my kitchen drain pipe. Almost all home owners would not clean it until there was a problem. If you just purchase an old home, then I recommend you call them over to clean your drains for you.

I tried all the over-the-counter drain cleaning solutions, baking soda and vinegar and a pot of boiling water, but none of them worked when draining was slow. After Todd came by on time as scheduled, he asked me about the problem, then he checked methodically. He patiently explained to me what he was doing and he recommended the power clean the drain at the end. I could see all the calcium deposits that came out of the drain cleanout. I saw a bag load of these deposits after they had picked up afterward. It turned out the harder the water from the municipal district, the more calcium deposit you will see in your drainage pipes.

Because of Todd and his team's professionalism, I decided to call them back to change my main water faucet to a modern lever kind. They completed the job to my satisfaction with the same professionalism.

Both times, their prices were reasonable; they are very friendly, on-time and stand behind their jobs to complete to your satisfaction.

I will call them again for my future plumbing need.

Todd was great.
He came out on Saturday after 6pm to snake my shower drain that had caused me a headache for a long time. I was almost embarrassed by how quickly he cleared my clogged drain. This was after trying to remedy the situation myself for a bout 6+ hours till I gave up and called Todd.

There was a leak in the backyard faucet. It just kept getting bigger. I called Todd and he responded right away. He gave me a quote after I sent him pictures. It was very reasonable.
He told me he could come out in the afternoon which was perfect.
Him and his assistant came. I was worried because the faucet was old. But they took great care in removing the old one. He put a brand new one on and it works great. I will definitely call him again. He was so nice to work with.

Todd is my go to plumber needs for our house. I recently had a kitchen leak during Thanksgiving after noticing the leak at 2am. I tried my best to resolve it myself but had no luck. Emailed Todd and he responded the next day and we set up a time to meet.

What appeared to be a simple fix turned into something more tedious. Todd was able to fix my issue after determining that the material that helped water dispense from my sink was deteriorating. He replaced the piece and left. I was happy then found that I continued to have another leak under my sink due to my clumsiness. Todd stopped by righted everything and left without charging me his additional visit. I came back again to find that my sink was still leaking from my garbage disposal, I showed Todd my pictures. He came by the next day and put in a longer pipe since my prior one was too small which caused the leakage. Still no charge for his additional time and effort coming by.

I appreciate all of his hard work and time. With all of the holidays planning and party, getting this sink leakage fixed helped relieve my anxiety.

We installed a low flow toilet a few months back and know our way around plumbing problems. And when our snake only got to 12' and couldn't go further, we knew we needed a professional with More Power!

Todd and his team are terrific. I called around 715am and he was there by 8am on the same day. No extra cost to me. And for a very fair price, he did a second story snake with his power snake thing. Within 15-20 minutes, the yuck that was in our cast iron sewer pipe was gone.

This is the first time we've had to deal with the sewer side of things and I'm grateful it was handled so easily.

We chose to put the toilet back on ourselves and he made it clear we should let him know if there were any problems. (there weren't)

If I ever need help again, I would call Todd right away. I appreciate that he has set prices for common things.

I had to insist on paying a fair price for his time.... They are on the top of my list for any future plumbing needs!!! problems!!!

I was provided a quick estimate to replace a kitchen faucet. The technician showed up on time at my home and did a clean job. After the faucet was replaced, there was a small unrelated leak that he spent time diagnosing and showed me what to buy and fix it myself. I recommend this business!

Experienced a sudden water leak from a hose out front. Todd responded immediately to my call & said he could do it! When he arrived, he was able to troubleshoot the problem and describe what was really going on (there was no leak). Thank you Todd! My new plumber for sure!!

We have been used Todd and his team twice so far and they help us to fix our kitchen sink and also washer water pipe. They respond fast and the technician came quickly. No extra charge for diagnose the promble, and give opions to solve the promble with reasontable price. Very importan is most of the job could be done at the same day!! Glad to find them on Yelp.
