Dryer Emergency

I can't say enough good things! My dryer just stopped working one day, and I am NOT good with electronics ;) I immediately did a Yelp search and reached out to several businesses. Mary, the manager, contacted me within 5 minutes, and 2 technicians were at my house in less than 24 hours. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and had the parts (and vacuum!) to also clean out the vent, fix the dryer, and clean/ sanitize it, all within the same visit. The quote also ended up being higher than the actual cost of what needed to be fixed, so I was pleasantly surprised at the bill - lower than quoted. I am so glad I went with Dryer Emergency! The crew turned a very stressful experience into a smooth, high quality fix. Thanks Dryer Emergency =)

We received a flow sensor error on our new dryer. My husband suspected that our dryer exhaust vent was the problem. I quickly found Dryer Emergency and gave them a call. Mary was very responsive and sent George out the same day. We approved a quote in the evening and George completed the job the next day. My husband is very happy with the increased airflow. Amazing service all around! I called on Saturday late afternoon, and they were able to send a technician out the next day on Sunday. A part was needed but became available by Monday morning. The job was finished in less than an hour total from diagnosis to completion. Mary provided kind and responsive customer service over the phone and through their text updates. George was very fast in his work and was so respectful to remove his shoes upon entering my home before I could ask. I will certainly hire this business again in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

Mary was able to schedule an appointment for me next day, the tech arrived at my house with the parts and the job was done in under 2hrs for a very reasonable price. About 1/2 of the price quoted by Intech professional. They also help fixed the issue left by Intech. On top of all of that the tech help clean out all of the dryer lint accumulated over the years. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

mary was prompt with response and scheduling, David and his working partner were punctual and reviewed what could be wrong, and is a great conversationalist to keep things entertaining while I learned the inner workings of my dryer. cleaned up the lint and replaced a snapped belt on the drum and got things going for laundry again. Thanks.

Note to self: throw away the Linteater dryer vent brush kit. I saw some YouTube videos on cleaning lint in a dryer vent and ended up getting the brush stuck in my vent. I contacted various vent companies looking for vent replacement and it seemed like only Dryer Emergency could do it. Setting up the estimate appointment with Mary via email was easy. David came by right on time and quickly suited up and analyzed what was needed and the options. After a trip to HD, he replaced the vent along the whole 20 ft+ length. He also installed a new vent connector at the wall. The cost was very reasonable. They did a great job!

I had an incredible experience with the Dryer Emergency "family." Our dryer stopped working unexpectedly and I called an appliance repair shop I had used in the past - no one answered the phone, so I left a voicemail. When I called Dryer Emergency, Mary picked up immediately and offered to have a technician come to our home the same day. The appointment was too soon for me, so she sent the team the next day because it was more convenient for us. She was friendly and clear in what I could expect with regards to the diagnosis. David, who I assume is a project manager, and the technician arrived and were both kind and respectful. After their thorough dryer exam, they shared that a part would need to be ordered and shipped. Both David and Mary set my expectations around how long it would take to receive the part and assured me that as soon as it arrived, the appointment for repair would be set. (I finally heard back from the other repair shop by the time the new part was en route). Within a shorter time frame than I expected, the part arrived and David and his technician returned to repair the dryer (successfully!). I was happy knowing my dryer wasn't headed toward the landfill. The entire process was stress-free and friendly. Having people help you that genuinely seem to care about you and your satisfaction is such a good feeling. I might even look forward to my dryer not working in the future ;)
