If there was a PhD in vacuum engineering and physics, Dick has one for sure. He's seen it all and done it all.
He wants to sell you "the last vacuum you ever have to buy for the rest of your life". It's a noble and decent cause. A Sebo. I get it. I think I've owned way too many terrible vacuums. I had a OG Dyson finally pass away after 20 years.
Unfortunately my budget this year has limited me to Riccar . It's a good machine. He likes them for what they are. He gave me a chance to test drive them and a good deal since it was a store unit.
Listen to Dick. He knows what he's talking about. He's seen them all and can tell you some stories...
I guess since everyone can't do a Sebo, there's a booming repair business there. So there's that and I'd imagine he'd do your machine right too.
Oh and he's a really nice guy too. Maybe I can afford a Sebo next time. Thanks Dick!!!

Follow up device has been very good. We've had a few issues with attachments and hoses and they have always been very helpful.

This is a great store if you want to find the perfect vacuum for your home or have a repair or maintenance for your current unit. I was tired of these disposable vacuums for big box stores and went in to check out a Sebo. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and let me demo both the upright and canister units.

I serviced my 12 year old Miele vacuum here several momths ago and the man did a great job fixing the old warhorse. The other day, something else on it broke so I went again.. walked out with a new Sebo vacuum. Even happier with it than my Miele! This family business is great! Highly recommended for their service and knowledge of all brands of vacuums.

I have an older Kirby vacuum and they have always had the belts and other parts I needed. So knowledgeable! He scrounged up a used part for me last summer that enabled me to fix the handle spring. Very kind and helpful. His repair skills and integrity are hard to find these days. I feel very lucky that Dublin Vacuum is nearby.

      ## Charges too little for repairs! ##

I've come here several times over the years, since we have lived over 20 years in Dublin. The last time I came in I had to scold the owner because he was charging two little! I demanded that he take more for the repair.

Today I came in here for a fairly unusual type of vacuum bag. Of course he had it! It was only $6 for a set of three bags.

This is a fairly small shop--only 900 square feet. But they really make the most of the space. There are vacuums in the front ready for repair and the ones that are done are in the back. It is a very efficient operation, and the owner explained that it's typically 2 or 3 days for a typical repair.

The owner is really nice and helpful, and I've had great experience with this business. The last time I came here, I had a vacuum that was acting up. He had it fixed in just a few minutes. He is obviously very knowledgeable about this business.

Just remember, if he charges to little, force him to take more money!

Seriously, this guy is old school. Answers the phone and tries to help you DIY on the spot.
1st time I called him we were able to fix it over the phone. A year later my central vacuum sucked up a toy so he had to come out.
      Prompt, professional, and fair.

EXCEPTIONAL - No charge to check out my older dyson and advise.
Service you can trust. He called me when he said he would and even offered to carry my vacuum to my car. Seriously - this is THE vacuum place.
