Top-Notch Service at the Dyson Demo Store in Union Square
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by staff and assisted with my specific needs. They provided thoughtful and informative answers. They were also respectful and patient, never pushy or overbearing.
My wife and I bought a blow dryer from Miguel and air purifier from Patrick - amazing service!
When I got home and opened it up, I realized that my remote didn't work. I stopped by the store and Miguel quickly figured out that all I needed was a battery replacement. The staff here was helpful and very patient witha myriad of questions on their products. All available items were on display in their color schemes so you will see exactly what you're looking for.

I popped into Dyson as I was waiting for my Tiffany order to be completed and I'm so happy I did because I had such a pleasant experience with Zachary, he was polite and a huge help during my trip. He quickly got me everything I needed and showed me around the store.
I've had my Dyson wrap gen 1 for about 4 years now and I love it, great for at home blow outs and lasting curls!! Love Dyson products!
I had a great experience testing out all of the fun new Dyson products.

I'm a fan of the Dyson product!!! I have the vacuum, blow dryer, heater/air purifier and air-wrap. They work great and last a long time they are well worth the money!!!
My go to guy is Patrick, he is so professional, attentive and prompt. Patrick's product knowledge is on point, he knows these products inside n out. We had a lovely experience at the Dyson store! Patrick was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in purchasing. The in-store experience was great and highly recommended if you're looking at buying a Dyson product.

Lovely store, lovely staff. So grateful for the experience with Patrick who definitely assisted me in problem solving an issue I had with my air wrap. Patrick was so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend everyone to come for amazing customer service.

I recently bought the V15 absolute since it was on sale and had a faulty battery where it wouldn't charge. Talke to chat support and they sent me a new one but it somehow got sent to the demo store instead of my home. I called the demo store to see if they could hold onto the package for me and while they said they normally wouldn't, they would do it for me as a courtesy if I came to pick it up.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Patrick and told him I wanted to instead replace my entire vacuum with the faulty battery and he graciously set me up with a new vacuum. I still had to return the old vacuum by mail since I bought it online but he happened to be the one I talked to on the phone the day before about holding the package sent to their store. He set me up with the new vacuum and included the battery that was sent there as well! He was very friendly and happily answered all my questions!

Patrick was the first one to greet me and showed me demos of the Dyson products! I was really hesitant on whether I should get the Dyson Airwrap but he helped me decide on the color way and ultimately I decided it was worth it since I've wanted it for the past two years!

I shouldn't have to contact any business through their social media to get decent service. I contacted their customer service THROUGH THE DYSON WEBSITE. And they still gave the runaround. My purchase still never arrived and they still didn't provide a tracking number. If you want to buy a Dyson. Do it in store. Not online. Look it up on Reddit GLS and Dyson.

Dec 18, 2023Previous reviewThis is a review and warning for those interested in purchasing a Dyson online. DO NOT DO IT. 1. Your Dyson will never arrive 2. The customer service representatives will give you a runaround about a new tracking number is which never provided 3. Their delivery service GLS is known for the worst service. Look up Dyson Scam Reddit. I'm at my wits end. Wish I read their Reddit before my Black Friday purchase.
