East Bay Connection

Thank god for East Bay Connection!They are usually my first pick of companies, but had to use a different company for a trip leaving out of San Jose (not EBC's usual area) and returning to Oakland. Unfortunately, the other shuttle company completely screwed us on the outgoing trip and so we had to drive ourselves to SJC at the last minute. I was in a truly awful position needing to get 2 tired kids and 3 grouchy adults (not including myself!) from Oakland airport to San Jose airport to pick up our car at 11pm after a 5 hour return flight. We had originally planned to use East Bay Connection to take us home from OAK, but when I called to see if there was any way they could drive us to SJC instead, even though it is out of their territory, they said no problem. They just charged us a little more ($7 dollars more than the loser company that never picked us up and this also included the gratuity). I figured we would have to wait a bit at the airport for them to send a van after I called from baggage claim, but the driver was waiting for us right at the curb in a limo! The kids were thrilled, the driver was super nice and insisted on driving us right to our car inside the long-term parking lot, was patient when we had trouble finding it and generally took great care of us. I will use them whenever I can.

Can not say enough about the quality of their drivers. They are always on time and very polite.

I have used East Bay Connections for 11 years since moving to the East Bay.
I have always been very pleased with their service. Because of Covid, I had not traveled in more than two years, but was able to schedule a ride with East Bay Connections yesterday for a pick up from the airport . Once again, their service was excellent! Easy to schedule our pick up by phone in advance of our trip. Our driver Bashkir was waiting for us when we landed, and he drove us home in rush hour traffic. He was wonderful! I will continue to use East Bay Connections for future trips.

I have been using East Bay Connection for nearly a decade and I have always had a great experience. The drivers are so friendly and pleasant that I don't even feel the drive time. They always help me with my bags and get me where I need to go on time. The cars are very clean and well-maintained. I always know the cost up front and am never overcharged. I recommend them to everyone I know. It really feels like you're riding with family and that's one reason why I keep coming back.

Our 11:53 pm flight landed 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They had our group of 7 waiting a whole hour. I called 3 times and no answer. My husband tried and someone finally picked up. He told my husband he could not get a hold of the driver and said that he scheduled our pick up time according to the original flight info. He admitted to not following up on flight arrivals. He continued to call several times during our wait to let us know he could not get in touch with his driver. He finally made one last call to let us know he contacted another driver coming from SFO.

So completely unacceptable. No double checking flight arrival times?!?! What kind of business is this? Totally unprofessional. Will never use them again.

I've been a customer of EastBay Connection for 7+ years. The service is reliable , dependable and worth The price. The drivers or dependable, courteous and willing to help and assist passengers with whatever they need. The car is a clean and well-kept. They make traveling very easy door-to-door.
